Rosalie watched as Jasper and Esme continued to dance together. She loved to see her twin happy and was glad that the family was happy again. Rosalie could be very self-centered, but she loved her family and was happiest when they were happy. The only thing that could make things better would be to have the two missing member's of the family there with them, but Rosalie knew that Carlisle would not leave the hospital until every patient was taken care of. She knew that their father loved his job and it was the one thing that could take him away from the family. Carlisle was known for getting lost in his work.
Rosalie watched as the song ended and Jasper and Esme walked back to the family. Rosalie knew that Jasper was getting ready to return home and she was getting to that point herself, though she dreaded returning to hers and Emmett's room with out him there. Rosalie looked to Maden as Jasper and Esme moved off the dance floor. "Maden son, I think that your Uncle Jasper and I are going to return home soon. Will you be coming home tonight?" She asked her son, though she knew that he would come home when ever he was ready. Maden had never been one to stay around the mansion, like the rest of the family.
As Jasper and Esme reached the family, Rosalie turned to them and smiled. Rosalie could see the love in Esme's eyes and knew that Jasper was feeling it. "So my dear twin, are we ready to go?" She asked Jasper as her put her arm through his other arm, opposite of Esme and smiled up at her twin.

Edward was enjoying his dance with his favorite sister, the one that up until resently he had thought of as his twin, but since she left for England things had not been the same with them. Edward knew that Alice was going through alot, but he wanted her to know that he would always be there for her. "Alice, you know that no matter what, I will always be here for you, right? I will always think of you as my twin and my favorite little sister." He said to her as they danced. He did not want to spoil the fun that they were having but he needed to say what was on his mind though he was sure that Alice already knew, as always.
As the song came to an end, Edward looked up at the sky and knew that dawn would be coming in about an hour or so. "The night is almost over, soon the day will be here." Edward said to Alice as he lead her off the dance floor and over to where the rest of the family was standing. Edward knew that Alice wanted to dance with Jasper and that Jasper and Rose were getting ready to leave from the party. Edward was not going to interfere in his brother and sister's relationship, but it did not hurt to have them standing close to each other.
Edward rejoined Bella at her side and reached out for her hand. "Are you ready to leave, my love?" He asked her as he leaned in to kiss her. Edward loved Bella as much if not more now than he did thirty years ago when he first saw she in Forks High School. He knew that he could never survive life with out her now. "I am ready to watch the sun rise over the meadow." He whispered in her ears.

Maden was all up on his toes keeping an eye out for his father, hoping he would join them. But hours went by and he didnt. Maden smiled to his mom and took her hand when she asked if he was coming home tonight. "Yes mom, ill follow with you and Jasper. Im going home tonight, and this time ill stay." Maden said and ment it. It was time for him to be home. He had been away from his home long enough, now his family was what he would use his time on.
Just before leaving he caugh Raines scent and smiled. Something about Raine had melted deep into Maden, she was the one vampire here that knew exactly how he felt, that was their connection. He got up his recently puchased cell phone and texted Raine. Im going home with mom. Come see me when you come home and tell me all about being a married woman. I miss you. Maden. He pressed send and put his cell phone back into his pocket. He looked at his mom, he was allmost as tall as she was. He started walking, knowing his mother and uncle would be right behind him. He was going home for good.

Alice smiled happily as she danced with her brother. It was the first time in a while that she had felt this happy, so she was enjoying every moment of it. When Edward started to speak, she listened intently and smiled at him. "You are my favorite brother, Edward," she chimed. "You always have been and always will be because you get me better than anyone else in the family." Alice knew that it was more true than anyone could ever have admitted, but she loved having a brother that was more like her twin. As their dance ended, she followed Edward to the side where their family was gathered. She knew Rosalie and Jasper would be heading home soon, but she wanted just one more dance. Stepping in Jasper's direction, she stopped herself and restrained her want and turned the other direction.
Even if she wanted to dance with Jasper, she knew she couldn't. Tonight was the first time she had seen him since their return from Florida and he learned of not fathering the twins, so they had not had time to talk about anything yet. Shaking her head, she walked a little ways away to where Esme was standing. "Hello Esme," she said softly to the woman who had been the only real mother she had ever known. "I'm so sorry for being gone so much lately. But I am working on changing that situation very soon." Of all the people she felt the worst for hurting, Esme was one of them. Esme had been a mother to her since the moment she and Jasper joined the Cullen family over a century previous. When she had fled for England, she knew it had hurt Esme so much. And then all of the recent drama just added to things. However, Alice wanted to make things right with her family. "I might be going shopping in the next few days if you'd like to come with me?" she asked, smiling warmly to her mother.

Bella was brought from her dream like state as she heard Edward's voice and a small smile crept over her lips. She had no time to respond as he had kissed her just as instantly as he had asked her if she was ready to leave. She placed her hands against his chest as she stood on her toes to kiss him back and gave a soft smile as she leaned away. Bella couldn't contain the smile that instantly hit her lips as he whispered into her ears about the meadow. There was no other place in the world that she enjoyed spending her time, and especially if it meant any alone time with Edward. " I am always ready, Edward," She look up with a soft smile as she reached down and took his hand in hers, " I love you," She said softly as she looked at the others in her family, pleased that they were able to have a night where they could all relax from the tensions that were surrounding their family. Bella gave a small sigh, hoping that the calming effects of tonight would expand over to the next few days, because she wasn't sure how much more tension she could take without a bit of relaxation. She squeezed tighter at his hand as she took her eyes from the family back to Edwards.

Edward looked down at Bella and knew that she was ready to go even before she spoke. He knew that the meadow meant as much to her as it did to him. He knew that she had loved the meadow from the very first time that he had taken her there, so many years ago. It was the place that they first truely talked and he let her see him for what he truely was. Though she had figured it out before that day. Edward knew from the moment that she told him that it did not matter, he was hers forever.
Edward brought himself back to the present and smiled as she told him that she loved him. He never got tired of hearing that. When they got time to be alone it was almost like they were still on their honeymoon, even after thirty years together. Edward loved Bella just as much now if not more than then. "I love you too." He said to her as he felt her slide her hand into his. Edward then turned to their family and smiled at everyone that was there. "We will see you all later. We are going to the meadow to watch the dawn." He said as he moved to him mom's side and leaned down to kiss her on the cheek. "We will be home later, mom." He whispered in her ear, so that she would not worry about them. Edward knew that Esme was the worst about worring about her children. She was worst than any human mother on that point, but she was the sweetest and kindest mother that anyone could ask for, even if she was not their real mother.
Edward then lead Bella into the woods and smiled down at her. He thought back to the days when she was a human and he would have to carry her when he ran through the woods. She used to get so scared that he would hit a tree or something. With love in his eyes, he smilled at her. "Shall we run together, or do you want me to carry you like I used to?" He asked her with unrefined happiness in his tone.

Jasper nodded as Rosalie asked if he was ready to go. Esme slipped her arm from Jasper’s and reached up and kissed his cheek. “Thank you for putting up with my silly wish.” Jasper nodded with a small smile, “It was my pleasure Esme.” Rose had taken his other arm by this point, and he then noticed Maden. It had been months since he had seen his nephew and he had clearly grown. He also had a feeling that Maden’s presence brought into question Emmett’s lack of attendance at the party.
Jasper brought himself back to the present and nodded to Rosalie, “Home sounds very appealing right now.” As much as Jasper had been enjoying his time at the party, he was ready to get away from the crowds. He also could feel some of the magic of the night edging away and he saw Alice again. Jasper knew that they needed to talk but the party was no where near the place that they should be. He looked back to Rose with a small smile of appreciation that she had him come. Jasper had enjoyed his time but it was time for the real world and he nodded towards the path Maden was already making through the crowd. “Thanks Rose.”

Esme and Jasper reached the side of the dance floor. It seemed that Jasper and Rosalie would be leaving soon. It made her a little sad, but she knew that Jasper would be at home. Esme was over the moon and she slipped her arm out of Jasper’s. Esme also realized that nothing had obligated Jasper to dance with her. She stood on her toes and kissed his cheek, “Thank-you for putting up with my silly wish.” Jasper then waved it off saying it had been his pleasure. Esme sighed and sat down as Jasper and Rosalie seemed to make their way into the crowd.
Alice came up to her a few minutes later offering a shopping trip in the near future. Esme smiled and jumped up from her seat and engulfed Alice in a hug. She knew that it would be far easier to get away with hugging Alice then it would have been Jasper. Esme was in such a good mood and she wanted to share that with everyone. Esme let go of Alice a few seconds later and took a step back, “I would absolutely love that Alice. We haven’t had near enough time together.”

Alice felt a breath of relief as Esme drew her into a hug. She had been deeply worried that she had hurt her mother so much when she had left for England and then after all that had happened over the previous months that Alice had been wondering if things would ever be alright with anyone in her family, especially the ones she had hurt the most. When Esme agreed to come shopping with her, Alice's heart felt so much lighter that she could have flown without even trying. "Great!" she said enthusiastically. "We can go look for some new decorations to put in the house and maybe even some new clothes for Alicia."
Now that things were beginning to be set right again, Alice felt her mood lighten even more. She looked just in time to see Jasper walking away with Rosalie, but she it didn't hurt near as much as she expected it to. Quietly she reminded herself that she wanted to talk to him at some point, but not tonight. Tonight was about the good time she was having for the first time in months. In the back of her mind, she wondered where Evan might be as well. She had not seen him in quite some time and knew she needed to talk to him as well in the near future. But for now, she pulled her head out of her thoughts and back to the present and the party. "I think most of the family is heading back home," she said to Esme. "Maybe we should do the same?"

Esme smiled when Alice was enthusiastic about the shopping trip as much as Esme was feeling it. Esme nodded with a laugh as Alice began making suggestions for what they could get on their shopping trip. “That would be amazing.” Esme then found herself a little sadder as Alice mentioned Alicia. Esme had barely seen her great-granddaughter when she had been born, and Nessie and Jacob had been keeping to themselves the last few weeks. It had hurt Esme, to who family was everything, and she was starting to deeply miss her granddaughter, and great-granddaughter. Esme nodded as an afterthought and said, “Finding cloths to take to Alicia would be the perfect reason to go and visit I suppose; as long as Nessie and Jacob are not too busy.”
Esme watched patiently as Alice looked after Jasper who seemed to be leaving with Rosalie and Maden. She gave a soft sigh and patted Alice’s arm before hugging her from the side, around the waist, “Your time will come sweetheart.” Alice then commented how most of the Cullen family that had come to the party were beginning to leave and if felt as if Esme had not even been at the party for a long time. Esme sighed as she knew the magic of the night was over but she felt a small smile begin when Alice asked if they should go as well. Esme nodded to her daughter, “Yes we probably should, and then we can start planning that shopping trip when we get home.”

William was having a good time in Forks and figured that he would be staying longer then he usually did. That in itself was a feat because he rarely stayed for any length of time and especially in a town as small as Forks. William had seen a dozen of them and they all seemed to come from the same little cookie cutter picturesque sort of place. He never really minded it because the people were almost always friendly and willing to lend a hand to help a stranger, which is what he was to them. Then there were some of the small towns that he had gone through that were too good to be true and he felt like he was in the beginning of a horror film. William had a small grin of his face when Vanessa said that she knew and he nodded saying, “I’m sure that you do.”
After the song they were currently dancing to was finished Vanessa seemed to have realized something and insisted that she had to go. As he watched her leave with out giving him a way to contact her, William found himself bummed out. Then William remembered how small Forks was and realized with a grin that he would probably run into her again. William then decided that it was getting so late that it was almost early and that he probably needed to find a hotel soon. He left the party with a grin wondering where he was going to run into Vanessa again.

"Well your Lucy has been missing a certain Cowboy. And she's been spending most of her time at home or hanging out with her two friends. Oh and you'd be proud of me, I've been trying to practice Two Stepping; I think I am much better now."
'She is just so damn cute.'
Kaleb returned Lucy's proud smile with a proud smile of his own, "I sure am proud of my Luce, you are doing a wonderful job two-steppin' tonight! He leaned in and kissed her playfully on the forehead. "Speaking of, how long have we been out here? Are your legs tired yet? Do you want to go somewhere and talk or go and catch up with friends?"
Kaleb wouldn't have minded dancing the rest of the night away with his girlfriend but also wanted to have some real alone time with her as well. Kaleb knew that his listening skills came in handy, especially with Lucy. That was only because he loved listening to what she had to say, and he especially loved the way she worded things. Sometimes he just couldn't help but smile at her. Of course, watching her in a group of friends was fun too, ok, so...he just wanted to be around her. Period.

“I sure am proud of my Luce, you are doing a wonderful job two-stepin’ tonight!” Lucy grinned even if he may have been joking a little bit, she was still excited. Kaleb could probably kiss Lucy’s forehead a million more times and she would still be over the moon each time it happened. ‘Oh hell what is the point I am going to be excited about anything we get to do.’ Lucy grinned and stood up on her toes and kissed Kaleb’s cheek, “Knew you would be proud of me.” Kaleb then asked how long she had been out there and if she was tired, and what she would prefer to do. She looked down at her watch to see what time it was and she was surprised to see how late it actually was.
Lucy put her arm back around Kaleb’s waist and though for a moment, the biggest vote being to go and spend quiet time with Kaleb. “Well I have pretty much talked to all of my friends, I‘m a little tired, and it looks like the party might be winding down a bit. So my vote is to go and park somewhere and enjoy what’s left of the night/morning air. What do you think Cowboy?” Lucy was too excited to put a big argument of where to go, because she was more focused on the fact that she was getting to have time with Kaleb. The truth of the matter was she just enjoyed being around Kaleb, even the moments where she had to find a way of escape from. Lucy loved being around Kaleb.

Alice smiled warmly to her mother. The prospect of visiting Renesmee and Alicia in the near future brightened her current mood even more. She loved her niece and great-niece with all of her heart. And Alicia was even more than just a great-niece as she was her goddaughter. She adored showering both of them with love and gifts because that was just Alice's nature. Her mind was torn from them by Esme commenting about having her time with Jasper. She had obviously noticed Alice's lament as Jasper left the party with Rosalie, but at the same time gave her hope for the future. In her mind, she knew that her conversation with Jasper could not be put off for much longer with his return becoming permanent.
Looking back at her mother as she replied that they should be heading home. "Alright, let's head home and we can talk shopping," she happily replied with a gleaming smile. It was something she had not had in quite some time, so she knew that things were beginning to look up. She could even feel her heart lightening as she began to walk in the direction of their home. For the first time in a long time, Alice was actually happy to go home and be around her family without the fear of feeling like she had failed in everything. She was so happy in fact, that at that moment she had a small vision of herself and Esme shopping that very next weekend. "I think next weekend is wonderful for our trip," she said aloud as she took a few steps.

'A peck on the cheek!? Score!'
Lucy settled back down into the most comfortable spot ever, as far as Kaleb was concerned, as she tucked her arm around his waist and asked him what he wanted to do in regards to his previous question. "Well miss, I think that I vote the same as you, sounds like a wonderful idear to me. Let's go." He grabbed her hand and carefully whisked her off the dance floor, out into the cool night air, and said "Well...your vehicle or mine? I'm parked waaaaay out yonder, in the paw-paw patch, on account of my being so darn late." He smiled a sheepish grin and waited for an answer.
