Alice had bolted from the forest back to the mansion, throwing open the door in a hasty fashion before calling out into the house, "Anyone here?" She began pacing back and forth in the living room, her black ballet flats hitting the ground in rhythmic paces. She knew that they were dealing with a very serious situation already as someone had been killed right outside of their home by a monster none of them had ever faced before. If her intuition was correct, which it was almost ninety-nine percent of the time, this was a child of the moon that was on a rampage throughout their area. And she knew that it needed to be contained before anyone else got hurt. Pulling out her phone, she sent a mass text message to Edward, Rosalie, Bella, Emmett, Carlisle, Esme, Jacob and Jasper.
I need everyone to come to the Mansion ASAP...it's an emergency!

Shoving her phone back into her back pocket, she continued to pace until she was hit with another vision. The red-haired woman was sitting with a younger man, obviously talking about plans. The woman looked evil and menacing as she spoke with the young man. When Alice came out of her vision, she knew that this woman was the one that they were looking for, whatever she was. She continued to pace as she waited for the rest of her family to arrive.

Bella stood up from the shopping bags that she was trying to get out of the back of her car as she felt her phone vibrate in the back of her pocket. Seeing that it was Alice, she finished taking out the last of the bags and shut the door with her hip as she looked down to read the text. Her feet were running against the ground before the bags even fell to it. She held tightly to her phone as she ran towards the mansion, letting the wind whip her hair around her face as she saw the mansion in sight. She slowed to a walk as she reached the door, wiping her feet off before she walked inside. It may have been an emergency, but she didn’t want to face Esme after dirtying up her floors. “Alice!” She called out as she walked towards the living room, with a panicked look on her face, “What’s going on, where’s Edward?” She looked around the house and a different thought struck her and she looked at Alice with wide eyes, “Or Renesmee and Alicia?” Bella felt the chills run over her spine as she brought her eyes over the house, wondering for a moment where the others were.

Edward was at the cottage when he got the text from his sister. He knew that something was wrong. Edward left the cottage and ran to the mansion. He entered the house just as Bella was asking Alice about him. He went to Bella's side and looked at Alice. Edward was catching the thoughts that were running through Alice's mind and he knew that she thought a child of the moon had attacked someone. Edward went on edge and pulled Bella into his arms. He knew that the whole family needed to be here for this conversation. "Alice, are you sure?" Edward said as he turned to his sister.

Alice continued to pace across the floor of the mansion, trying to figure out what the best course of action for the family would be. It was a frightening situation that they were now in, one that they had never had to face before. Children of the moon were volitile and could not be reckoned with during the full moons. And from the legends, none of them could be reasoned with even while they were in their human forms as they really lost their humanity. She sighed heavily as the thoughts weighed on her mind. A few moments later, Bella breezed into the room asking all sorts of questions about what was going on and where everyone was, but before she could reply, Edward swept into the room and read her thoughts.
She nodded in reply to him, knowing he already knew what was going on from her thoughts. Looking at Bella, she calmed herself. "Renesmee and Alicia are still safe at home," she replied slowly, knowing that Bella would first worry about her daughter and granddaughter as any mother would. "I sent the text message to Jacob so Renesmee wouldn't have to bring Alicia here since the topic of our conversation is not suitable for a child as young as Alicia." Alice knew that the last thing she wanted was to scare her goddaughter with the thought of a real werewolf attacking people in Forks. She knew Renesmee would not appreciate having to deal with the nightmares afterward from Alicia.

Esme was having a splendid time to herself in the middle of the woods. It had been quite sometime since she had, had time to herself. She was in the woods with a sketch pad just drawing some of her surroundings, and allowing the peace to over come her as she thought of her family. Esme then turned as she heard the soft jingle of her cell phone go off on the ground next to her. She put her sketch pad down and picked her phone up to read the message. Esme frowned at her phone for a moment and immediately made her way to the mansion.
She fought the panic until she reached the living room of the mansion to see Bella, and Edward had already answered Alice’s urgent text message. She looked around at her children that were gathered asking, “Is everyone alright? What’s happened?”

Emmett had just entered his room when he heard Alice’s voice call out asking if anyone was home. He was about to call out a response when he saw something out of the corner of his eye. Emmett looked in time to see that a rat had slipped into the room he shared with Rosalie. He easily caught the small creature and jumped out of the window with it in his hand. “Consider this your lucky day man.” Emmett let the rat go and watched for a second as it scampered off through the brush, near the Cullen home. A few seconds later Emmett heard his phone go off inside his pocket and he took it out to see that Alice was calling for an emergency family meeting. Emmett jumped back up to his window sill and walked across his room and made his way downstairs. He looked around to see that a few other members of his family were there.
Emmett could feel that Esme and Alice seemed to be particularly wound up, but this brought a slight grin to his face, “So what do we get to fight now?” Emmett figured that the problem was a new evil had come to destroy Forks or the Cullen family. Since tracking down the doctors that had taken Jasper, Emmett had been finding Forks to be quiet.

Alice took a deep breath to calm herself. This was the first time they had ever had to deal with something like this, so she needed to be as calm as possible to explain everything to her family in as many details as possible. As Esme came into the room, Alice tried to remain as calm and collected as possible. Before she could reply, she saw her brother Emmett come running into the room, asking who they were going to get to kill now. A part of her wanted to smile as her brother always knew how to make light of a situation, no matter how dark and depressing it happened to be. That was one thing she loved and appreciated the most about Emmett, even if she didn't show it all the time.
Looking to the two new family members that arrived, she breathed deeply and focused herself once more. "I promise I will explain everything once all of us are here," she said calmly. Facing Esme, she gave a reassuring look. "Everyone in our family is fine, so there is nothing to worry about there." She knew that Esme was just worried about everyone, as any mother would be for her children and family. It was only natural.

Bella felt a weight lift off of her chest as Alice said that both Renesmee and Alicia were fine but then she instantly began to worry about the others in her family but she was instantly comforted by the fact that Edward was now standing by her side. For a moment she hated their powers. The fact that Alice was able to see any dangers coming to their family, and the fact that Edward was able to carry on a conversation with someone and completely leave everyone else out of the loop. She clenched her jaw slightly as she let the small amount of irritation that she held pass over her. Bella wished for a moment that she had Edward's power but quickly lost that wish, she knew how it effected him and how badly it could irritate him at times. But in situations like this she couldn't help but feel as though she was useless, in the preparation to face danger.
Bella went to say something else when she noticed that Esme and Emmett had both arrived. Though there was a certain calm that she felt having Edward by her side, there was just as much a comfort upon seeing Esme. She and Carlisle were both so capable of providing a strong, united front while at the same time having this uncanny ability to remain steadily calm. They were almost as effective in their presence as Jasper was with his abilities. Bella couldn't help the small lift of a smile that came to her lips as Emmett spoke, it was so something that he would say at a time like this. Everyone else could be worried out of their minds, but to Emmett there was such a courage and bravery that he knew that their family could face anything together and destroy it. Though some may see it as foolish at times, she adored it in him for moments like this, to remind her that it was true. Bella licked her lips as she ran her hand through her hair, clinging to it tightly for a moment as she waited for the rest of her family to get there so that she could understand what was going on.

Jacob had just gotten out of the shower when he heard his phone go off. It was a text from Alice. A meeting. An emergency. An emergency meeting. Anyway he said it, it still sounded like a pain in his ass. 'Life just won't give us a break, eh? Well, bring it on…' He grabbed a pair of sweats and with his towel still wrapped around him he ran out the door, pausing only long enough to kiss Nessie on the cheek and whisper in her ear, "Baby, I love you, emergency meeting at the mansion, you and Alicia stay here, I'll keep you posted." Then he ran out the door, phased as he dropped his towel and grabbed his sweats and ran as fast as he could to see what was going on. He approached the mansion and quickly phased and dressed before bursting through the tree line towards the house. He let himself in and found some of the Cullen family already there. "Nooooow whaaaat?" He said in a mock whining voice.

Bella dropped her attention from her thoughts on Emmett as she took in Jacobs' scent. It was something that had a completely separate comforting feeling to her than others. It was hard to admit, but he was one of the few people she felt that she could always rely on. She smiled at the fact that he seemed annoyed to be there. It was odd to her that the fact that her family seemed to be experiencing so many different emotions; Emmett bouncing like a puppy in her mind, wanting to play with his new toy; Jacob being annoyed that something new had been brought up. But none of them seemed at all to be threatened. It was something that calmed her greatly, though she wish she knew what Edward and Alice did in this moment.
Bella turned to look at Jacob as she placed her hand on his arm. "Everyone is fine,". She smiled slightly, still nervous since she didn't know entirely what was going on. "Alice had a vision and is waiting for everyone before she explains it," What she didn't say is how annoying that was at times like this. Bella squeezed his arm gently trying to be comforting; she knew that if he was worried about anything that it would be Renesmee and Alicia. Seeing as they weren't in any danger in Alice's vision, she knew that their family could bond together in order to defeat or maneuver around whatever Alice had seen.

Rosalie was in Forks shopping at the small stores there when she got the message from Alice. Rose knew that if Alice was calling for the family, that she had finally had a vision. Rose dropped what she was looking at and ran for the mansion. Rose entered the front door and saw that everyone except Jasper and Carlisle was already there. Rosalie went to Emmett's side and took his hand as she kissed his cheek. She knew that something was wrong but she was not going to let that stop her from kissing her husband. She smiled slightly at him and then turned to Alice. "So Alice, what is going on, now?" Rosalie said.
Rose knew that Edward already knew what was going on and that he would be listening to all of them, except Bella. "Is it that bad, Edward?" Rosalie thought to him. She knew that Edward would not tell her what was going on but he would at least give her a sign.

Esme dropped her hands to her side to keep herself from wringing them out of habit. Alice promised that everyone in the family was safe, to which Esme nodded. She was comforted that no one in the family was in immediate danger. She turned to smile at Emmett, who as always was already jumping at the chance for a fight. Esme smiled at her son, his excitement and anticipation to be involved was always comforting. She couldn’t count the number of times that Emmett’s optimism had brightened everyone’s mood in some way.
After several moments of silence Jacob entered the house, seemingly unaware of what the tone was like. He was also endearing in his own way to stay relaxed with something that could become extremely dangerous.

Edward stood at Bella's side as he watched the rest of their family come into the room. He knew that they would all want to know what was going on. He also knew that Alice was not going to tell them until all the family was there. Edward caught Rose's thoughts to him and knew that she wanted some sign. He looked over at her and simply shook his head. He knew that she would not make a sound until Alice told them what she saw.
Edward was not sure how they were going to handle this thread. They had never had to face a child of the moon before. Edward knew the stories and he knew from the past that Caius was afraid of them. Edward thought back to those days when he had spend time with the Volturi and when they had faced them in the clearing to protect their daughter. Edward knew better than the others what the children of the moon were like.

Emmett nodded when Alice explained that everyone and everything was alright. He knew that everything was going to be fine. It always was, since the family was all together now, Emmett was especially sure that nothing could stop their family now. Emmett knew that there had been blunders with the whole Lexie situation, but everything was starting to settle with the family. He knew that it was going to be alright, there wasn’t much choice for it to go otherwise.
He turned to Esme and flashed a smile knowing that she was probably the most wound up, “Its going to be fine Mom, don’t worry about it.” Emmett then found himself rocking back on his feet waiting for the rest of the family to show up so that they could find out about the new challenge. Jacob came in and didn’t sound like he wanted to be there at all. Emmett grinned answering, “Someone decided they wanted to come and test us.” About the time those words left his mouth Rosalie came into the living room. Emmett walked over to her and wrapped an arm around her waist.

Bella was the first to explain, "Everyone is fine..Alice had a vision and is waiting for everyone before she explains it." It was in times like these that Jacob really wished that his mind reading abilities could extend past the boundaries that were set to him in wolf form; he really wished that he could read minds as Edward could. He shook his head slightly and said, "Alright, we get to play the hurry up and wait game, that's always been my favorite..." Jacob knew that he was being completely sarcastic, and that he should probably tone it down. Bella squeezed his arm and he placed his free hand on top of hers and rubbed the top of her hand lightly. If anything, he knew the most important thing would be to keep everyone calm.
His mind flashed quickly to Renesemee and Alicia, but then turned to thinking that if they were in immidiate danger then Alice wouldn't have called the meeting via text, and he would probably know more information by now. So, as he listened to the small chatter among the other people, and as he sat there and wondered along with all the Cullens, aside from Edward and Alice, about what the meeting was about, another thought crossed his mind. He remembered that he had been meaning to consult with Edward and Carslile about the Lexi and Sasha issue. He knew that this was one thing that he would be needing some advice on, and he wanted to take every precautionary attempt that could be taken. His face became very stern as he kept thinking that he should have brought this up before now. Children of the moon were no laughing matter, that was one fact that Jacob knew for absolute certainty.
