After a night in Port Angeles, Faith headed to Seattle for some fun. She heard about Club Valis, the club for vampires and half vampires half humans, but being half werewolf herself, she didn't want to take the chance of stirring up trouble. Maria had told her to be good and--as much as it killed her--that's what she was going to do.
Faith walked into the club Vixen in Seattle, where she slid onto a barstool and ordered a Sex On the Beach. She sipped it slowly, waiting for someone to entertain her. MusicOutfit

Katelyn had been having one of the worst weeks in the history of humanity. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. She lost her major project for her Art class, meaning she had to start over and pull two all-nighters in a row early in the week. Around midway through the week, she almost got into a major wreck by some jerk who had no idea how to drive. By Friday, she was in some serious need of relief. Driving back to Seattle, she decided to hit up one of her favorite clubs, Vixen, which was right in the center of downtown Seattle. Flashing her fake I.D. at the door, the bouncer let her in, knowing she was a regular anyways.
Walking up to the bar, she ordered a Cosmo before taking a seat at the bar to clear her mind. So much had happened over the last few weeks that it was a lot to take in all at once. Moving, starting up dance again with Lucy and Kenzie, and then Nate...he was a totally different thing in and of itself. She wasn't even sure how to classify what they were, but it was something inbetween friendship and attraction. Thinking on that, she just glared off into the club atmosphere, not paying attention to anything or anyone in particular.

Faith looked around and eventually spotted Katelyn Taylor sitting at the bar a few stools down from her. She smiled. "Well, that creepy vampire isn't around," she muttered. She wouldn't harm Kate, but she really liked her. Faith stood up out of her seat and walked over. "Well, hello, Katelyn." She offered a friendly smile.

Katelyn sat at the bar, minding her own business and thinking about a lot of things. Lately, she had been overthinking the entire situation with Nate. He was a kind guy, unlike any that she had ever met before in her life. In addition to being kind, he was considerate and polite; not something you found in men now days. There was just something about him that made her heart flutter in ways it never had before. It was something special, something completely unique to Nathaniel that intrigued Katelyn. While thinking on him, Katelyn heard a familiar voice next to her. Turning, she saw Faith Madison standing next to her. "Oh hi Faith," she said, turning her attention to her. "It's funny running into you here. How have you been?"

Faith smirked her famous smirk. "I've been very well, thank you. Personally, I think it's ironic running into you here." She sat down on a bar stool. From what she heard, Kate was quite a party girl who knew her limits, or maybe she'd heard wrong. Faith used to know her limits, but that was a long time ago. She hated limits.

Katelyn laughed and stitched her eyebrows together in confusion. "What is so ironic about me being in a club?" she asked curiously. It was true that she had tamed herself somewhat since her wild-child days when she had lived in Seattle. During those days, even Lucy was at odds with what to do in order to help her. Mostly, she just cleaned up the mess and kept her parents from knowing what went on. However, she changed a lot after her seventeenth birthday, when a friend of hers was involved in a drunk driving accident that took his life. Since then, Katelyn had cleaned up her act and learned her limits when it came to alcohol. That was just something that she needed to do. And now, she had.

"Just from what I see about you. You're obviously a party girl. You like to have a good time. Crime? No." Faith sipped on her drink some more. This could turn into a real interesting conversation, especially since there was no one else within range to stop them.

Katelyn scoffed and sipped her Cosmo quietly. "I used to be a party girl," she said, running her finger on the outside rim of her glass. "I'm not so much anymore." She sat still, just staring at her glass for a few minutes, thinking about her friend Josiah and how he had died that night. The drunk driver didn't even sustain any injuries, which made everything worse. When they went to court, the guy only got a year in prison and five years probation after; a slap on the wrist in Katelyn's mind. "Sorry if that's disappointing, but when you lose someone you care about, you tend to tone things down afterward."

Faith nodded, lips pressed tight and looked back in the bar. "Well, it's not disappointing. Even to an existing party girl like myself." She looked back at Katelyn. "Don't worry. I won't be a bad influence. I know my limits," she half-lied. "I know when far is too far."

Katelyn looked back down at her Cosmo, continuing to run her fingers around the rim of the glass. "So, you just here to wind down or did you have some sort of an agenda?" she asked, half-curious as to why she ran into Faith again, at another club. Katelyn rarely ran into the same people twice in a club, unless she knew them fairly well and came with them. Running into Faith twice was just coincidence. At least that's what she was telling herself for now.

"I always have an agenda," faith concurred. "But I never bring work to the club with me. That's a bad mix. I come here to have fun. It's in my nature." Immortality gives you lots of options, she thought. Why waste them? She knocked back the rest of her SOTB and ordered a martini.

Katelyn laughed at Faith's comment on not mixing work and fun. That was something she agreed with, unless it was dance...then it was both to her because she had her two best friends to dance with. "So, you go to Forks High but I've never seen you around Forks before," she said. "I know I just moved to Forks not too long ago, but the town isn't that big." Katelyn found it odd that she had never really seen Faith anywhere else but the two nightclubs she had gone to, first in Port Angeles and now in Seattle. That was just not setting well in Katelyn's mind and it was bugging her. Even if it was a little paranoia setting in, it was better to be safe than sorry.

"Well I'm currently staying in Port Angeles at the moment, but my parents live in Forks and I'm enrolled in the high school. I haven't gone in a while. That may be why you've not seen me around." Faith took a sip of her martini. It slithered down her throat. The flavor was all wrong. She took another and it was right. Maybe it was because of the fact that she'd just had an SOTB and went to a martini. Bad combo. Bad.

"Oh," Katelyn said. "Well, you aren't missing much around the exciting town of Forks. The only exciting thing happening really is people starting to get boyfriends and such. Me...well, I'm just focusing on dance right now." Taking another sip of her Cosmo, Katelyn knew she was babbling, but she tended to do that anyways. Kenzie and Lucy had given her hell about it when they were younger, but just grew accustomed to it as they got older. "Sorry," she apologized. "I tend to ramble on about stuff and it just gets out of hand from time to time. Really bad habit I picked up as a kid."

Faith chuckled, almost deviously. "There's nothing wrong with rambling. Hell I would've never survived in the world if it weren't for being a bitch. Some people are lucky though. They can get through life without any problems whatsoever. I wasn't always a bad girl. I was once a nice girl with no drive. Now, everything drives me. It's who I am." She took another sip of her martini and sat it down on the cocktail napkin.
