As she waited for Noah's answer, she took couple bites of her breakfast and looked at Tristan, who was playing with Maddie's toys. Looking at him playing with Maddie's toys made her laugh a little and looked down at her food before taking one bite of her omelte and took couple of gulps of her juice. Delilah kissed Noah back when he leaned and kissed her. Hearing his answer was a big relief to her, she sighed in relief and smiled at Noah. She doesn't know what he was thinking but it was pretty funny to see Noah's expression when she told him that she needs to talk to him. "Thanks, it means alot to me." She finished her omelette and finished her juice.
She wasn't going to start cleaning yet. Delilah will stay and spend time with Noah then when he's off sleeping, she'll clean the kitchen and play with the twins for little while. Looking at the playpen, smiling how both of them were sharing their toys with each other. She turned so that she was facing Noah and shook her head when he mused. "Tell me something that you don't miss," She joked and took his hand in her and looked at it. She thought that there was something on his palm but there wasn't.

Noah grinned widely when Delilah challenged him to find something he didn't miss while he was away. "Well, I could think of this one thing..." he started, but quickly began laughing and amended his statement, "There is absolutely nothing that I don't miss while I'm away on patrol. I miss everything about being home, right down to changing diapers for the twins." A bright smile spread across his face as he took his and Delilah's dishes to the sink and set them down, coming back over to the table. Leaning down, he drew Delilah's lips into another tender kiss before breaking it to kiss her forehead. The warmth radiating from his fiancee matched his own furious body temperature, stemming from their wolf genes.
"How about we do something this weekend?" he asked, sitting back down across from her. "Just the two of us. I'm sure that Claire wouldn't mind watching the babies and EJ would get a kick out of keeping up with the twins." He looked to his fiancee, hoping she would say yes with the reassurance that their children were taken care of. Noah knew that they needed some alone time with all of the insanity that had decended upon them recently with the birth of their kids, the pack being on patrol all the time, and the lurking vampire with a grudge that they were all after.

Her eyes widen when Noah said there was one thing that he didn't miss. Playfully she punched him on the arm, lightly though, and shook her head. If she punched him harder, it won't hurt much like she punched a human and it would start crying or something. But she wouldn't do that to anyone. Playfully she'll punch someone but other than that she doesn't. Unless someone threatens her loved ones then she'll hit someone without caring. Because she can't stand it when someone talks about her loves one like that. She'll end up beating or staying stuff about them. There was so many things about Noah that she loves already and it was hard not to complain since he's great and caring. Perfect fiance and father. Delilah watched as he picked their plates and came back to the table. She chuckled and kissed Noah passionately, like she has been gone for few weeks.
She liked the suggestion that he made. "I'm in for it. What do you have in mind?" She asked curiously then smirked. Delilah loves it when Noah plans something for both of them. And spending time together was even better because they haven't spent much time together since the twins arrival. And from the twins arrival to patrols were just insane. Delilah remembered him calling her stubborn earlier on and that time she let that one pass only because Tristan was there. "If I'm stubborn, then what are you?" She raised one of her eyebrow at him and laughed. It was nice to joke with Noah and sitting there at table was even better.

Noah smirked at his fiancee as she punched him playfully. He loved it when she was like this around him because it made being himself a lot easier, which was one of the things he enjoyed most. Being himself around Delilah was so easy that it was like second nature to him. And the past few weeks he had missed that more and more when he was out on patrol with Jon. While in wolf form, they had chatted about both Delilah and Kenzie and about how different their lives had been since imprinting. Decidedly, it was better than ever before because they had the two most amazing women in their lives that they could possibly ever as for.
Looking into Delilah's eyes, he allowed the smirk to dissolve into a warmer smile. "Oh, you will have to wait and see," he teased about his plans before answering her other question. "I'm a patient man who loves his fiancee with all of his heart and would like for her to stop pestering him about plans he's made for them to spend time together," he grinned from ear to ear. "It's a surprise." Noah stood up from the breakfast table and walked over to stand hovering above Delilah, drawing her lips into a slow, passionate kiss. It had been weeks since he had kissed her like that and he missed doing so. He wasn't wasting the moment when it was so perfect.

Delilah and Noah's relationship always have been easy. It was nice and sweet when they met despite bumping into each other. But what happened at the beach was unexpected and out of hands. Though she has to admit that it was great to talk to Noah and being with him as a friend then his girlfriend just then fiancee in just few months. And in matter of year they'll be married and soon after the twins would be going to phase for the first time. Which she can't wait for. They're going to have lots of questions which both Delilah and Noah have to answer; along with Jacob. He'll the one that mostly explains everything to the kids. Delilah is waiting for the day to happen when the twins phase for the first time.
Smiling she listened as Noah talk. It was nice just to sit and listen to him talk, after period of time. Delilah loves it when Noah gives her surprises like that and him making plans was even better. When Noah gives her surprise she gets all excited at the same time she gets nervous thinking what the surprise is. It does make her go little insane thinking what the surprise might be. As Noah got up and stood in front of her, she looked at him and smiled as their lips met. The kiss was something that she missed when Noah isn't there. And it was same kind of kiss that happened when they were at the beach. Delilah locked her fingers behind Noah's neck and broke the kiss, looking into his eyes. "Who's going to do patrolling that night?" She raised an eyebrow and smiling at him.

Noah raised his hands and put them on Delilah's hands as they were wrapped around his neck. They were warm and soft, just as they had always been. Drawing her lips into another quick kiss, he smiled and answered her question. "I can always ask EJ or maybe Leah to take my patrol that night," he said softly. "I'm sure that they wouldn't mind if I explained my reasoning. They all know that I'm a father as well as Jacob, so my family is the most important thing to me in my life." He moved one of his hands to wrap around her waist, pulling her close to him. Thinking back to one of his earlier conversations with Jon, he remembered talking about how doing patrols all night and sleeping during the day had taken away from the time they had with their loved ones.
Even though he was currently exhausted, he didn't want to waste such a perfect moment with Delilah on sleep. It had been far too long since he had spent any quality time with her outside of mornings when the twins were already awake. Pressing his forehead to hers, he smiled and chuckled a little. "You know, I can't remember the last time we were alone since the twins came," he said. "Not that I don't enjoy having our kids, but I just miss our alone time."

It was nice to have Noah home and spend little time with her and the kids. Though it warare for them to spend time together since they had kids. What people really asks her if it's crazy to raise twins? Her answer is no since she knows how to take care of the twins and has amazing peopel to help her out in her life. She doesn't tell them that she's a shape shifter along with her fiance and her kids after few years. Along with half of the residence of La Push. It was funny to her that she's actually older than Noah but seems she's not a day over eighteen. It doesn't really matter how old she is because she has a man in her life that loves her as much as she loves him.
Delilah had her arms around Noah's neck as he talked about someone in the pack taking over his shift for him that night. She didn't mind because she needed time alone with him. The kids are always in good hands of Claire and now that Natasha was there, she was certain that she could babysit them. Looking into warm brown eyes, she lost herself by thinking that they--Noah and her--were the only two people in the kitchen. "I miss us being like this, too. It's hard for us having time together like this with the kids now. It'll be only few years til they grow up and start patrolling." She smiled at him and kissed his cheek then looked into his eyes once again.

Noah smiled as Delilah's arms wrapped around his neck. He loved little moments when it was just him and Delilah because it felt like there was no one else in the world but the two of them. His heart beat only for her and had since the day he imprinted on her after his first transformation. Never in his life would he have thought he would be engaged to be married and a father before graduating high school, but he knew that this was the path that his life was meant to take. It had all started with his father's untimely passing, which lead his mother to move them back to La Push and ultimately to his destiny as a member of the wolf pack. Being a wolf would not have been his first choice in life, but if it meant he got to spend forever with Delilah, it was worth the price.
When she kissed his cheek, he smiled and brushed his lips softly against her forehead. Her scent wafted into his nostrils and brought a warm sense of nostalgia to him as he thought of the first time he truly saw Delilah after he phased for the first time. There was no comparison other than seeing the light for the first time or really coming alive after a long period of nothingness. And now that beautiful angel was his to keep, by some miracle, forever. They were bonded in the deepest sense, sharing two beautiful children together. "I don't want Maddie and Tristan to grow up too fast," he murmured against her hair as he pulled her close. "They deserve a childhood full of fun and memories before they have to begin this life of phasing and devotion to the pack." And Noah believed every word he said. He wanted his kids to grow up as normal as possible, to experience life, and have joy.

Whenever she misses Noah, she would play with the ring as she remembers good times she had with him. This does make her miss him more but it's the best she could do when he's either sleeping or away at the night. Delilah likes to give Noah his space only because she knows that he needs his time and be who he is other than her fiance, father, son, and wolf. She knows that these responsiblities are hard so she helps out by taking care couple of responsiblities on her own when the kids are sleeping or at their grandma's house. Noah and the kids are her life and always will be no matter what happens. Her family is important to her and if someone harms one of them, she's just going explode and do what's right for the family.
Delilah doesn't want the kids to grow up but she knows that they still be her little babies even when they're grown up. She slid her arms down from his neck to his waist and wrapped it around there as he held her close. Seeing them grow would be a good thing at the same time it won't since neither of them want their kids to grow up fast. Especially Noah. "They will have the greatest childhood ever and their lives is going to be stuffed with emotions and surprises as they grow. We can't keep them kids as much as we want. Yes, they'll start dating other people when they're a teenager but we're there for them throughout their lives." Delilah doesn't want to miss any second with the kids growing up. When they start dating, she will have to be there for both Maddie and Tristan when someone breaks their heart.

Noah held Delilah close and pressed his forehead to her own as she spoke softly to him. It made him mentally shudder at the thought of Tristan and Maddie dating, especially Maddie. She was his little girl in every way, so he would hate to watch his daughter go through heartbreak and know that he could do nothing but comfort her. (Especially since killing the sap would be considered murder.) However, he knew that it was an inevitable part of life that his children would grow up. For his and Delilah's sake, he hoped that day wouldn't come for a while so that they could actually enjoy their children. He wanted to teach Tristan how to play soccer and watch Maddie learn how to play piano or if she wanted, learn soccer too. Little things like picking his kids up from school or watching Saturday morning cartoons; all of these things were important to Noah.
A small smile crossed Noah's lips as he looked down to Delilah. "And my mom thought I grew up fast," he chuckled and leaned in to kiss her lips. "She is going to see our kids and wonder where the time went." His smile broadened as he let go of Delilah and quickly put away the dishes from the morning. Once that was done, he pulled Delilah into the living room and onto the couch to snuggle for a few more minutes before he had to go to bed. Patrolling nights were so hard, especially since all he wanted to do was be at home with Delilah and their kids, but he understood that he was doing it to protect Jacob's little family and thus, his own as well. "I love you," he murmured softly.

One thing was sure that Delilah have to be strong for the kids when their heart is broken. It won't be easy being a parent but being with Noah, she'll go through it. She always had strong and good up bringing with her parents now it was her turn to do the same for her kids. When it comes to parenting no one said that it was easy especially when it's your first child and she wasn't expecting things to be easy either. But with Noah on her side, things could get pretty much crazy and whole lot easier.
She chuckled on what he said about growing up, making her laugh and watched in awe as he did what he normally does in the morning when he wants to be with her and the kids for couple of minutes. Delilah smirked once she was on the couch with Noah and snuggled with him as she watched the kids playing with their toys and laughing. That was her perfect family--happy and loving. "No matter what, they still be our little babies." She said as she looked at Noah, giving him a smile as she placed her hand on his warm chest and pulled herself closer to him. "I love you, too." Delilah whispered so low that only Noah could hear--not that she wanted the kids to hear or anything, but it just felt right.
