A New Beginning[Open]

Jay had been keeping to himself lately.
Since Leah and him broke up his life didnt seem worth living, which was an odd feeling for Jay, since he allways had loved life.
He got on his bike and drowe down to La Push to sit on the beach and think.
He parked his bike near the woods and walked down to the beach. He found a big rock and sat on it and looked at the horison, thinking about why he and Leah broke up, it had all seemed so perfect. Maybe it was just too perfect. Jay thought to himself.

He wanted to be alone, but at the same time he wanted someone to just walk up to him and say hi and talk with him.
He couldnt talk to Raine since she was on her honeymoon with her husbond Arkan, and he couldnt wait for her to get home.
Since she wrote to him 2 years ago, telling him that she was his cousin, maybe a bit far out, but still his family, she had been the one he could allways come to and chat, they could to anything together. He missed having her around.
He also knew he had to get to know more people around Forks and La Push, he didnt want to be the stranger in town.
Jay sighed and started to throw small stones in the water to break the calm surface.

Natasha had been in La Push a few days and she still hadn't ventured down to the beach. At one point in her past it was her most favorite place, it was the place she had fallen in love with Quil but now it had a different meaning to her it was just a beach, rocks water and dirt nothing more. She did not care that it no longer had any meaning it was her choice to run away and leave Quil with his imprintee, Claire. After he imprinted Natasha knew she would never have a future with him. Her life felt like it stopped that day but now thirty years wiser she knew it was now all in her past and she needed to move into the future. Jacob and all the others had now it was her time to also. The old pack all had a mate and children also it was just so strange to be back and still to be single and feel lonely.

As she walked she could hear stones being throw in the water a short distance away, she could see she was no longer alone as soon as she stopped focusing on her feet. She looked at the person trying to see if she knew who he was but to Natasha this guy was a stranger also. Walking up to him silently like any other werewolf could Natasha lifted her hand a waved a bit in his direction it was her way of seeing if he was up for company. "Hello," she said quietly not know if he could hear her.

Jay had been too focused on his thoughts that he didnt hear anyone come near him untill he heard a quietly Hello. Jay turned around and saw a young woman waving to him.
He waved back and moved a little so she could sit on the rock too if she wanted to.
"Hello. Im sorry i didnt notice you coming, but i was caught in my own thoughts. My name is Jay Williams by the way " Jay said and held out his hand to shake and help her up on the large rock.
He hadnt expected to get company, but was happy about it.
He looked at the woman, her skin was a light tan, allmost like the sun on a pile of seaweed, it was charming. Her hair was a brown soft golden colour, her face was like an angel. A truly beautifull girl by nature, Jay agreed with himself.
Jay hoped she could be a friend to him, since he needed company and friendship lately, well he needed to forget all about Leah, that was for sure, and maybe this angel could help.
Jay smiled to her and threw more small stones in the water.

Natasha smiled at Jay he apologized there was really no need for him to do so. She had just been walking along and she though he could use come company by the body language he was expressing. Natasha tucked her hair up behind her ear before speaking up. " There is really no need to apologize to me Jay. I should be the one apologizing to you, I been told I ma a little light on my feet. My uncle used to say I could creep up on him in his old creaky house and i would make a sound. Natasha Black nice to meet you " Natasha was a little reluctant to take his hand but she saw he moved over on the rock to make room for her. He must have wanted company like she thought.

Natasha placed her hand in his and she could feel the coolness of his skin against hers. She used his assistance to get up on the rock though she did not need it. Natasha blushed as she took a seat on the rock beside him. She went silent for a moment as she watched him chuck another rock in to the water. He was quiet to and all he did was smile at her. Natasha hated silence so she just had to speak up but before she did she picked up and hand full of rocks as and looked out into the ocean. It was choppy so if she tried to skip a few stones none would go to far. Usually she could make then bounce twelve or more times because of all the practice she had over all the years. So Jay are you knew around here ? It not like i would know if you where or not I have not lived here since I was a kid. There is just something that called me back here it might have been the fact my cousin got married and has a child now. You might know him his name is Jacob."

Jay laughed when Natasha said he shouldnt appologize.
When she took his hand he notised that her skin was soft as velvet.
"I cant say that im good at sneaking up on someone, but im not clumpsy." Jay said and threw another rock in the water.
Jays head was filled with thoughts that he wanted to just forget, delete, throw out, forever.
When she asked him if he was new around here, and mentioned some Jacob Black, Jay thought for a while, since the name said something to him.
"Jake who is married to Renesmee Cullen, who is best friends with Raine North who is my cousin? sorry i got carried away there, but i think i know who he is, just never met him. And yes, im kinda new here, i dated Leah Clearwater for a while, but something went wrong, what i didnt know, but its all over now and im over it." Jay said and smiled, and thought Im allmost over it. Jay threw his last rock in the water and looked at the sky, for once he would love the sun to shine, just to lighten up the mood.

Natasha laughed a bit as he rambled on making a list of people so he connect himself to Jacob. "Yes, Natasha giggled slightly she found it very adorable . "Well I am the cousin of Jacob Black who married Renesmee Cullen who is best friends with your cousin Raine." She said back to him to show she did not mind him getting all carried away with what her just said. The only part that Natasha seemed a little leery about was that he dated Leah. Natasha and Leah where never really close but she did not know how Leah would feel when Natasha phased and she picked up on her thoughts that she thought Jay was cute and he had a sweet smile.

"I am sorry to hear that Jay but if you over it then maybe we should switch the subject. If anyone knows how to keep the past in the past its me." Natasha smiled and watched him chuck a rock into the water before she thought about something else to speak about. Hey how far can you trow a rock ? I bet I could skip a rock as far as you can throw one. Here come on let see if I can now." Natasha picked up a good sized rock and waited till the water was calm between the waves and thought it in on and angle it bounced of the water a few times before disappearing. "Think you can beat that ?"

Jay got up to accept the challenge.
He found a good rock that felt right in his hand and threw all he could.
I landed far out, longer away than Natasha's rock.
" Okay im sure if you throw a rock you can throw it longer than mine, working at a ware house makes you strong with heavy things, but not with throwing small rocks." Jay said and laughed. For once he didnt think about Leah at all, and he liked that, finally he felt free, and he wanted to enjoy it.

Jay started twirling around with his arms out, making himself dizzy while looking at the sky.
He suddenly stopped and felt to the ground dizzy and laughing.
Jay smiled up to Natasha and the sun broke down from the clouds over La Push.
"Wanna do something instead of just hanging here? i feel like doing something fun and exciting" Jay asked Natasha, hoping he didnt scare her with being so outgoing and adventourious.

Aww you beat me Natasha said then laughed a bit and pouted a bit but when she saw jay get up and spin in a circle Natasha giggled like a young girl and cover over her mouth it had been a long time since she had heard herself giggle it was almost too shocking for her to grasp. Natasha the saw him then fall to the ground and walked over t offer a hand ot help Jay up. He face was a bit more red then before because of the giggle she had begin to blush more. When she reached out to help him Natasha realized the sun had come out. She was glad the weather was nice for once. When Jay asked if she wanted to do something instead of hanging out at the beach Natasha nodded . "what is this adventurous thing you have in mind?" she smiled wondering what jay was thinking.

Jay took her hand, when she reached it out to help him up.
Jay smiled seing her reaction to her own giggle, and remembered to let go of her hand.
"You dont giggle or laugh much do you?" Jay asked and leaned up agains the rock enjoying the sun on his face. He watched her standing there in the sun. Her body looked healthy, she was slim, but you could still see her well trained muscles. All in all she was a really beautifull woman.
When she mentioned what the adventorious thing would be Jay thought for a while.
" I was hoping you could help me out with that, i dont really know much about what to do around here, but i just wanna do something exciting. " Jay said to Natasha, hoping she knew anything to do.
He kicked the sand with his shoe, and looked at Natasha.
He wondered what was going on in her mind, what she dreamt about, what she thought when she woke up, and whats the last thing she would think about before she went to bed.

Natasha not know what to say about the question Jay asked about her not giggling to much. Sure everyone laughed some times but giggling was something Natasha really did not. She was fifty years old it was really something she thought only teenagers did but as Natasha looked at it physically she still looked like she was a teen and the feeling she was having had been absent form her life for many years. Shrugging Natasha smiled at Jay. " Everybody laughs sometimes I just don't giggle much I guess I must have found my inner child."Natasha smiled he dimples prominently on her camel skin.

Studying his face Jay did not look to old, maybe twenty, very handsome.His blue green eyes called to Natasha like the cliffs once did after she got over her fear of them. As she looked at his face and thought about the cliffs that gave Natasha her first idea what to do with Jay. Well Jay the only thing I can think of is cliff diving

Jay looked closely at Natasha, something about her seemed old, like with Leah.
And Raine, except Raine seemed way older.
There was something about the people in La Push and the Cullens and his cousin, and her husbond.
When Natasha mentioned cliff diving Jays eyes flickered. A brief memory flashed in his mind.

"Isnt cliff diving dangerous? if so, im up for it" Jay said and laughed.
He was up for the idea, facing old demons.
Jay looked at Natasha, watching her every move.
Why did she seem so sad, it wasnt something in her way of saying things, or in her body language. It was something in her eyes, but Jay wasnt the one to judge and he deffently didnt wanted to ask about it.
He waited for Natasha to show him the way to the cliff diving, or give him some day or time for them to do it.

It's not so dangerous with me around I promise" Natasha Grab a hold of his hand and began to pull him along, when she realized what she was doing she let go of Jay. "oh sorry I should have just taken you hand and dragged you behind me like I did. Sometimes Natasha really did not pay attention to what she was doing. folding her right arm against her chest and grabbing her left bicep Natasha looked down at her feet. Sometimes I act before I think, well not sometimes all the time. I should have asked if right now was a good time for you. Natasha felt embarrassed she might have been fifty when she arrived at the beach but since she met Jay she felt like the same old Tash seventeen years old getting ready to jump off the cliffs for her first time. If we are going cliff diving i have to stop by my house to get a bathing suite i have shorts there too if you need something to wear also.

Jay laughed when Natasha suddenly grabbed his hand and dragged him along, and let go of him a few seconds later.
Hearing her apologizing for being spontanious in her actions made Jay sad.
" Dont apologize to me for that, i didnt mind it, and i like being dragged around, Raine used to do it all the time before she got married." Jay said and laughed, trying to comfort Natasha.

"Sure lets stop by your house, but i have some shorts in my bike, i left it just up that road there." Jay said and pointed towards the little road where he parked his love, his yamaha, his speed devil, as his mother had called it. The bike was black and shiny, allways well cared for, polished and ready.
"So. umm, where do you live?" Jay asked and looked around. He had to ask so he would know if he had to get his shorts first or follow Natasha to her place for her swimsuit. It depended on which direction she lived in. He could allways get his shorts on the way back to the cliffs.
He knew where the La Push people cliff dived since Leah had told him where it was, if he ever wanted to go cliff diving.
Seeing a lock of Natashas hair hanging in front of her eyes, Jay automaticly reached out and pulled it back behind her ear, and smiled to her.

Natasha felt a little better why Jay told her not to apologize, and that he did not mind her spontaneous behavior at one point when Natasha first lived in La Push she rarely did anything spontaneous but now after such a long time away and many years of adventure she was not as scared as she used to be. " Okay then i take back my apology"She wanted to grab his hand again but decided not to. " Well if you have no need for shorts you don't have to come with me it just a five minute run at my speed up the beach. Natasha explained point in the direction she came from and when she turned around a stand of hair was hanging in her face. Natasha sis not mind it but when Jay tucked it behind her ear Natasha could swear she stop breathing as he face turned red. the only thing she could thing of was saying thank you. Thanks,' Natasha tried to bite her lip to prevent her smiled, it had been a long time since she felt this way around a man. Natasha forgot what it was it felt like to have a crush.

Jay smiled as she blushed, it only made her face prettier.
"Okay, you run home after a swimsuit and ill get my shorts and lets meet here again." Jay said and smiled. He turned around to walk to his bike to get his shorts.
While walking to his bike he turned around still walking and waved to Natasha.
Cliff diving would be a fun way to spend his day, specially when in good company.

He got his shorts and walked back to where he was supposed to meet Natasha and waited for her.
Looking up at the sky, seing that the sun was still out, and the clouds were allmost all gone, Jay smiled. It was a good day after all and he was happy he had finally decided to leave his home and go outside.
He was happy that he had met Natasha, it was allways a pleasure to meet new people, specially when he barely knew anyone in Forks.
The only reason he had moved to Forks was to be with his dear cousin Raine, but she was on her honeymoon so he wouldnt see her untill she got back.
Jay thought about introducing Natasha to Raine, they were so much alike that he was sure they would become friends.
