Hearing that Carlisle was going to make a copy for Jacob to see made Renesmee smile. She wanted more than anything for him to see their baby before it was born. That was important to her because Jacob was excited about being a father for the first time. As she looked on the screen, she saw her baby's face again. The baby was sucking its thumb. Renesmee's facial expression softened at her baby. "Thank you Carlisle," she said. "I know that it will mean a lot to Jake to see the baby before it's born. We even have the names picked out, one for a boy and one for a girl."

He smiled at that, how Nessie was already thinking ahead on names for the baby. He knew this baby, whehter it be a boy or girl, was going to have two of the greatest parents he or she could eve ask for. "You're welcome Nessie, it was my pleasure and honor and now you can rest easy some knowing the baby will be fine. I will be sure to get you that copy before you leave the office today. I know this will make Jacob happy. As I do agree with you, that he should get to see the baby before he or she is born." Carlisle smiled at Nessie and then looked back at the screen as he continued to run the wand over Nessie's belly. He normally would have had his nurse or other specialists preform the task, but realized by doing it himself could help calm Nessie down some as she was already nervous enough.
