Katelyn watched and listenened merrily as Lucy dodged the bullet on the Kaleb question, knowing that it was just Lucy style to deny something until it was so painfully obvious that it just became the elephant in the room. However, Kenzie didn't seemed to phased by switching the topic to her boyfriend, so neither was Katelyn. She listened as Kenzie spilled about her recent dates with Jon and Katelyn knew she had to eventually meet this guy because he seemed to have stolen Kenzie's heart right from underneath them. Her best friend had never been so singularly in love with one guy in their entire lives, so she knew that he had to be sent from the heavens or something.
Katelyn smiled and nodded in agreement with Lucy about Kenzie not telling them until several weeks after she had started dating Jon. "Yeah, you never did tell us how you met Mr. Boy-toy," she teased before reverting her attention quickly to Lucy after her comment on dates and cowboys. "Whoa, whoa, whoa..." she quickly chided and screetched the conversation on Kenzie's boyfriend. She pointed to Kenzie momentarily. "You...we'll talk about meeting the boyfriend in just a hot second, but you..." she pointed back to Lucy. "Spill about these dates and Cowboy, but no funny business this time." Katelyn wanted to know all the details.

Lucy laughed when Kately agreed with her on the fact that Kenzie had waited so long to tell them about Jon. “Yeah you totally left us outa the loop.” Lucy flinched however when Katelyn picked up the not so subtle hint about Kaleb. Lucy bit her bottom lip trying not to laugh as Kate pointed between her two friends prioritizing the conversation. Lucy laughed when Kate turned to her ordering, "Spill about these dates and Cowboy, but no funny business this time."
She smiled at her friends, “Well where do you want me to start? The part were he made a picnic lunch, oh or there is the part where he taught me how to dance.” Lucy grinned at her friends and laughed a little knowing that they would freak out at what she was about to say, “Then again there is the part where I rode a horse, started to fall off, but was saved.” Lucy grabbed a slice of pizza and plopped back down on her bed. She looked between her friends smirking waiting to see who would snap first.
