It's been while since Emmett had seen his son. And with Rosalie and Nessie having hard time with each other, he knew that he had to spend some time together his family. While being in the house, he had texted both Rosalie and Maden to meet in the mountains. Once with that was done, he was on his way to the mountains.
The breeze felt great as he ran towards the mountain side. For the first time, he saw perfect sunset when he arrived at the mountains. It was setting down behind the mountains and was just amazing. Emmett stopped once he smelled couple of elks running and smiled. He went straight to it, attacked the elk and sucked the blood. It felt good when he got blood in him. He cleaned after himself and leaned against one of the tree as he waited for his wife and son to join him.

Maden was in the mountains when he got his dads text.
Maden smelled him coming and saw him hunt.
Maden had just hunted a still sleepy bear, and so he was full.
Maden walked up to his dad and sat next to him.
"Hi Dad, whats up, why do you want to meet in the mountains? i could just have come home to the mansion if you needed me" Maden asked his father.
Lately Maden spend all his time in the mountains, thinking, hunting and feeling free to do what ever he wanted to.

Emmett smiled when he smelled his son's scent. Smiling, he turned to the direction he would be coming from. Once he saw his son's face, yearning for who knows for how long. He smiled at him and nodded. His son was growing really fast, which makes him wonder if anything happened in his life. "Hey son. Just waiting for your mother to get here. I was thinking that since we didn't have any family time, we could spend it tonight." He answered to Maden's question.

Rosalie was on she way back to the mansion from hunting alone when she got Emmett's text. She had not really seen him or Maden lately. Since the whole Jasper situation, she had been spending alot of time alone. She hated being alone but knew that most of the family was mad at her, including her husband. It was not the first time that they had disagreed about something, but it was the first time that they had not really spoken to each other after the disagreement. Rose was happy that he was wanting to see her and she changed her course to head into the mountains.
As she came to the mountains, she crossed his scent and followed it to him. When she arrived, Maden was already there too. She smiled at both of them. "Hello my darlings." She said to them. She wanted to kiss Emmett but she was not sure if he was still mad at her or not, so she would let him make the first move.
