Noah was ready to be home. The week he had spent at the soccer training camp in California had been both a blessing and torture. While he had got back into shape for soccer, he had missed Delilah terribly. He thought of her almost constantly when he wasn't training or focusing on soccer. It drove a lot of the guys nuts, but they understood how in love with her he was.
He drove into the small town of Forks and into La Push with an exhilaration. Only a little while longer separated him from his love. He parked his car at his house and went inside to greet his mother, who welcomed him home with open arms. For a few minutes, he let her tell him about her week with Delilah and how she adored his new girlfriend. Truthfully, he was glad that she liked Delilah. More than anything, he wanted his family to all be one so his mother had to approve of who he loved or he would feel guilty.
Once he was done talking with his mom, he went upstairs and dropped his bag and flipped open his phone, dialing Delilah's number. A couple of rings later and he heard the other line pick up.
"Hey babe, guess who's home," he said, smiling.

The week without Noah wasn't that great, she missing him so much that she could hardly concentrate on what she was doing on her own time. Delilah spent her time with Noah's mom and started to redecorate her house again. She loves changes in her life, and Noah was the reason. Ever since she met him, her life has been changing since then. She went to some business meeting in Seattle for a day, leaving someone with Noah's mom for the day.
She was in her room, replacing pictures on the wall, changing her bed set to blue and pink combination set, and doing her room all over again after she had people to repaint her house. Her room was colored periwinkle and baby pink. Once she was done cleaning her room, she was about to go and take nice long shower when her phone went off. Delilah recognized the ringtone that she had for Noah and answered it quickly. Hearing his voice after a week, her heart skipped a beat. "Welcome back, hon. I missed you so much." She laid down on her bed and looked at her ceiling.

Hearing Delilah's voice on the other end was like Christmas, his birthday, and Heaven all at once. He had missed hearing her so much in the past week while he was away at soccer training in California. It was literally the sweetest thing he had ever heard. He sat down in his desk chair and stared at the ceiling fan swirling in slow motion.
"You have no idea how much I missed you," he said. "I think you should come over and correct this problem."
He knew he was being a total tease, but he could care less when it came to Delilah. Nothing was too much when she was concerned.

Delilah let him tease her as much as he wanted to her; she didn't mind at all. She laughed at his tease and shook her head slightly. She wanted to spend time with alone with him; just just two of them like before he left. "Why don't you come over here at my house. Plus, mom is there also and you know I just want to be with you." She said as she sat up on her bed looking at the periwinkle and pink colored wall. She couldn't believe that the week went little slow for her since she didn't have Noah with her.

Noah could hear the return tease in her voice as well and knew exactly what she was thinking, which was the exact same thing that he was thinking. Smiling a devilish smile, which he was glad she could not see. through the phone, he got up from his chair and went to get his keys.
"I will be there in five minutes," he replied. "Do I need to bring anything specific?"

She went downstairs to the kitchen as she heard Noah talk. She thought about a moment on what he might want to bring just in case but she couldn't think of anything that moment. "I don't know. As long as you get here in time I'm good." Delilah opened the fridge and took water bottle out. "See you in five. Bye" She glad that Noah couldn't see on how she looked like at the moment but didn't care much, after all it's just Noah and hanged up. Quickly she went upstairs and changed out of old sweats and top and wore shorts and top.
