After the family festivities celebrating the return of Renesmee and her parents, she was looking forward to some alone time with Jacob. Together, they slipped away from the house without anyone noticing and walked through the forest, hand-in-hand. The night was beautiful with thousands of stars out twinkling in the sky. Everything was perfect and Renesmee could not ask for a better night. As they walked, she began to talk.
"You have no idea how happy I am to be home. Never let me go away for long periods of time ever again."
They stopped near some rocks to sit on and she immediately snuggled next to Jacob. Since she had returned home, it was hard to be more than a few feet away from him. Their attraction was magnetic and hard to break apart.

Jacob was happy he could now be with Renesmee alone. After all the time spend around the family Jacob wanted to be close to her to hold her.
"Nessie I am happy also. The happiest have ever been in the past thirty years now that your back Nessie I will never let you go, or if you leave I give over Alpha-ship of the pack to someone else. I don't care Ness as long as I am with you my life is prefect." Jacob said looking into her eyes. Sitting down on the rocks with Renesmee, Jacob wrapped his arms around her holding her close. "This, holding you makes me feel like a whole person. The half that was missing was you were gone. Now that your here I feel complete, you complete me." Jacob smiled at Renesemee. "Thank You for being here."

"There is nowhere in the world I would rather be than right here. I love you Jacob Black."
She laid her head on his shoulder, knowing that everything was perfect now. For the first time in thirty years, she felt whole. It was as if a half of her had been left behind in America when they left for London. Never again would she let her parents talk her into go abroad anywhere without Jacob. Although, she had a feeling that it would not be a problem for much longer. Everyone already knew how inseparable the two of them were, so it would not be a question on anyone's mind anymore.
Deeply seeded within her mind, Renesmee had an inclination as to exactly where her and Jacob's relationship was going to be going in the next few years. It was exactly where she wanted it to be.

"I love you to my Nessie" Jake said placing a hand on her chin and turning her head to look straight into her eyes. He them pulled her face Slowly to his and Kissed her softy before pulling away reluctantly. "Nessie when I saw you today, I swear It felt like I re-imprinted." Jacob held he close and kissed her forehead. "All those years apart felt like agony without you . I only got up every knowing someday I would see you again." Jacob held her in his arms still feeling like it was a dream. "Now and fore forever I want to be by your side"

Jacob's lips were warm and comforting. This was home to Renesmee and she didn't want to be anywhere else. Listening to him tell her how much he loved her just reassured that everything was worth it.
"No one could have filled the void in my heart that was there when I didn't have you near me. Everyday I thought of you, saw your face and heard your voice in my dreams. And when I saw you today for the first time, it was like a dream coming true. I almost felt like I was still sleeping and that I would wake up, still in London, thousands of miles away from you."
The thought of still being away from him made Renesmee shutter. Never again would she be gone. At least, not without him. This was the beginning of a new chapter of her life, one she was eager and happy to begin living. Together, with Jacob, their life was going to be a grand adventure of new experiences. The future is what Renesmee was looking towards now.

Jake rested hi head on top of hers. smelling her hair, which was the most wonderful smell to Jacob, Vanilla. He closed his eyes an sat there quietly for a moment listening to her heartbeat for a few seconds before speaking again. "You know are hearts beat on the same rhythm. You are Beautiful Nessie not just physically but you have a beautiful soul. Eternity will never be enough time to spend with you," Jacob ran his fingers though her Hair. "Ness....Show me what you been up to the past thirty years." Jacob look Nessie's hand and placed it on his face.

Renesmee focused all her energy into organizing a cohesive memory of the last thirty years for Jacob as he put her hand to the side of his face. Flashes of her first sights of London, including the Palace and Big Ben. Then her subsequent trips to France, Italy, and Scotland were next. She showed him all the sights she got to see. Also among her memories were Christmases with her parents and even her birthdays. Thirty years was a lot to show at once, but somehow she did it.
However, she showed him one thing she never meant to. There had been a few nights where she had cried herself to sleep, holding one of Jacob's shirts that she stole from him right before they left for London. That was the ultimate private moment to her that she was not ready to show him yet. Immediately, she withdrew her hand before she could do anymore damage. She cast her eyes to the ground almost instantly to avoid the pain in his eyes, which she knew there would be.
"I'm sorry," she apologized. "I didn't mean to show you that just yet."

Seeing Renesmee cry even th it was only in a memory made Jacobs heart feel heavy. He never felt pain that bad before, Not ever being attacked by a vampire, hurt more seeing her weep with is shirt clenched in her hands. "Nessie If I knew it hurt you so much.... for me not to be with you I would have left the pack. I would have left gave it over to Quil just to be with you. If I could have just went with you I wold but I had Billy to look after,,,My Pack,,,,Then there is your parents...."Jacob tried to hide the sadness in his voice. "It does not matter now Nessie I Am here as I will always be."

Renesmee shook her head adamantly. "No, Jake...don't even worry about that. It's all in the past now. We each had our own responsibilities to tend to, but now all that matters is that we're together...forever."
Deep within her heart, she knew it was true. She and Jacob shared a love that was unparalleled by anyone, not even her parents. For though her parents had come through their own struggles and differences, there was not a love like their's in the world; a vampire hybrid and a wolf. Both had made sacrifices to be with the other. No one else could say that they had a protector like Renesmee could.
Turning her thoughts away from the sadness, she remembered what she was going to talk to Jacob about from earlier.
"You were looking at my father strange earlier. Is everything ok?"

Jacob chuckled a little through his sadness . "Yea Ness everything is great I was Just reminding him about the new treaty. I was thinking after thirty years he may have forgot."Jacob said though it was a lie, he did not want to lie to her but he had to keep it secret. "There was no reason to me to say it out loud all the other know about it except you mom." Jacob reached his hand into his pocket. "Ness I have something for you. I know it could never replace the old one but I thought you like a new one." Jacob pulled out a Quileute bracelet aand grabbed her hand. "Will you accept my Bracelet Renesmee?"

Her curiosity was sated when he mentioned the new treaty. Renesmee had all but forgotten that there was a treaty between her family and the Quileutes. She was glad Jacob reminded her, as well as her dad. It would take a while to get back into the swing of living in Forks, but she was certain that she would get things right soon enough.
When Jacob pulled the bracelet out of his pocket, Renesmee could have cried right then. It was absolutely beautiful and even more so because Jacob made it for her.
"Oh Jake, that is perfect! Of course I will accept it and wear it always," she gushed as he slipped it onto her wrist. It was a perfect fit.

Jacob was happy she accepted his bracelet. "Nessie I am so glad you like it I have wanted to give that to you as a welcoming home gift. You Can say it is perfect but it is not as prefect as you Nessie, and nothing ever will be." Jacob looked her eyes. "Nessie you more than perfect, I which I had words to describe how I see you, I wish I had your power. That way I could show you how much my heart loves you and how every beat it takes its for you,"

Renesmee took Jacob's huge hands with her own tiny ones. Even though there was such a difference between them, they were a perfect fit. She took that as a sign of just how much they belonged together.
"Jacob, you don't need any power to show me that you love me. It's the little things, like this," she played with her bracelet, "that show me you care and that you love me. I can see your heart in all that you do."
And she meant every word she said to him. He didn't need a power for her to know the depth of his feelings for her because they were as deep and long running as hers were for him. She knew it was true because of her every thought being enveloped in him.
Renesmee turned her attention to the stars, which seemed to be so much brighter now that she was with Jacob. They were literally dancing across the sky, mirroring her current joy. Everything in her life seemed brighter with him there.

Jacob watched as Renesmee looked up at the stars"I am happy That it not raining tonight.Watching the starts were something I did a lot when I was in wolf form . Which was almost every night over the past thirty years. I know If I phase a least one a week or so I would not age but I rather enjoyed sitting under the starts at night thinking of you while I patrol not that I really have to do that much now." But add up all those stars in the sky could never amount to how may times I though of you since the day I you were born, thought the feeling I have for you now are different from the ones I had then. Instead of letting you bite me you letting me kiss you." Jacob laughed
"You look a lot like you mom did, before.... ans a bit like charlie and of course lie you father... after you left and dad died I looked Out for Charile a lot, he was like he only connection I felt like I still had to you, the human part of you that is. He really loved you Ness, Charlie and ai would often speak of you." He told me to tell you something if I ever saw you again before he died and he gave me this." Jacob pulled a small black little box out of his pocket, It was the ring he bought Rene when they got married but when she left she left it at the house.
"It was you grandmothers, her Wedding ring from Charlie, he told me when I saw you tell you that I have it and one day, It will belong to you, but I promise him I could not give it to you till the right moment. I like to tell you it now but it not." Jake showed the ring to Renesmee the closed the box. "You get it when the time is right" He smiled.

Renesmee thought about all the stars that were above them as Jacob talked. She could not even begin to count them, but knew for every one there was, there would be a reason she and Jacob loved each other. For so long they had waited to be together and now they were finally living their dream. Everything was beautiful, like the morning sun inviting the day to begin. Renesmee looked at Jacob and noticed how deep his eyes were, the same chocolate brown that matched her own, yet somehow different. They were warm and inviting, like his personality. Yet another thing she loved about him. Since the moment she realized that she was in love with him, he had been changing her everyday. Without a second thought, she gave him her whole heart and soul.
When Jacob began talking about Charlie, Renesmee bit her lip a little. Her human grandfather was one of the people in her life that she loved the most. He had loved her, no matter what she was. When they had received the news of his passing in London, it was difficult knowing that she would not get to go to his memorial. Too many people would start asking questions and things could have gotten out of hand, so Renesmee and her mother had to make their own ceremony for him. But hearing that Jacob took care of him in his last days was very comforting. Charlie had always liked him.
As she listened to Jacob talk about Charlie, he pulled out a black box. Renesmee's heart all but stopped beating right then. He opened it to reveal the most gorgeous ring Renesmee had ever seen. It was simple, a princess cut diamond on a silver band, just like she would have chosen herself because it was not overly flashy. Then Jacob explained that it had once belonged to Renee and that Charlie had given it to him so that he could give it to her when the time was right.
Renesmee stopped herself. When the time is right? Is he...
"Jacob Black, are you semi-proposing to me?" she asked.
