Crystal couldn't believe that she was going to have to be away from Will for a little while but her family was having some problems so she had to go back. Before she left Brooklyn, New York to go to Forks she said these three little words to him "I love you". She didn't know if it would be possible or not that she'd see Will again so she made sure to say those three words.
She didn't know what it was going to be like now that she was going back to Forks but she had hoped everything would go well.

Edward was upstairs in his room that he still had at the big house. When he heard the thoughts of someone that had not been there in over half a century. He then heard the door open and rushed down the stairs to the door to meet Crystal there. On the way past Rose's room, he called to her, "Rose, Crystal is home." He knew that they were the only two in the house.
Edward made it to the door just as Crystal opened it. He was standing there wondering what she was doing here. When she left, she swore that she would never return and until now she hadn't. When she left with Will, he was sure that they would never see her again. He had never even told Bella about her. "Why are you here Crystal?" He asked before she could even get through the door.

Rose heard what Ed had said as he ran down the stairs. She understood the urgency and dropped what she was doing in her room. She followed him down the hall and down the stairs to the front door. She stopped just behind him and waited for him. She wasn't sure why after all this time Crystal would reappear here at the house. Rose would follow Edwards led as he could read Crystal's mind. She didn't even speak to Crystal just stared at her is disbelief.

Emmett was in his and Rosalie's room, with Rosalie. He was lying on the bed, looking at the ceiling and listening to Hey There Delilah. He wasn't tired or anything when he heard someone on the door, Edward rushed downstairs with Rosalie behind him. He didn't know what was going on but knew that he should be downstairs. Emmett got up from the bed and went downstairs. He looked at Edward then Rosalie; but when he heard the person talk he knew that it must be Crystal. He sighed and took Rosalie's hand in his. |

Renesmee was walking out of the kitchen when she noticed a large part of her family coming towards the front door. Wondering what all the fuss was about, she decided to investigate. Her father opened the door to reveal a strange woman she had never seen before, or at least remembered. Everyone else seemed to know her, which was odd.
Who is she? she thought, knowing her father would hear her thoughts.

Crystal knew that she hadn't been home for a very long time and that had to have been why Edward had asked her that. "Edward I know that I've been gone for a long time but now I'm home, shouldn't that be enough?, Where Are Carlisle & Esme, I need to talk to them." Crystal didn't know if she could hide the other reason why she was here from Edward but she was going to try and try.

Edward heard Emmett and Nessie come up behind him with Rose. "Carlisle and Esme are not here Crystal. Carlisle is at the hospital. You think that we are just supposed to welcome you opened armed after all this time? Where were you when we need you? When we were fighting for my wife and daughters life. You are the one that said you would never come back here and that this wasn't your home anymore, the day you left with Will." He spoke to Crystal as he reached to protect his daughter.
Though Esme was Carlisle's wife, Edward was the oldest next to Carlisle. He was not doing to let anything happen to his family. He turned to Nessie and finally said, "Nessie would you please do your father a favor and go the the cottage. I will explain everything to you soon. Jacob will meet you there." Edward said to her as he texted Jacob on his phone.

Renesmee was confused. Her father was not normally so unwelcoming, so this new woman must have done something very wrong in the past.
She nodded, "Okay dad, I'll see you back at the cottage. I think mom's already over there, so I'll go talk to her for a while until Jacob gets there."
With that, she left the main house and returned to the cottage to speak with her mother and wait for Jacob.

"Edward I never expected for you or anyone to welcome me back with open arms and I never heard about what was going on with you, Bella and Nessie." Crystal wondered what was going to happen now that she was home again. She hated being away from Will but she had to and wanted to be with her family again.

Rose felt Emmett take her hand and saw Nessie standing there wanting to know who was at the door. Rose just looked at Emmett with concern in her eyes. The last time that Crystal was here she almost distroyed their family. Now she stood there like nothing had happened. Still holding Emmett's hand in one of her, Rose reached up with her other hand and placed it on Edward's shoulder, Edward, we should at least hear her out, but I agree that Nessie don't not need to be here. She thought to Edward. She wasn't ready to forgive Crystal yet either but there was a reason that she had come back.

"Look I know that all of you want nothing to do with me so I guess I had the wrong idea of coming here" Crystal said while trying to go out the door. Then all of the sudden she was stopped by someone but considering her back was turned she didn't know who it was.

Crystal! I heard some commotions coming from here so I rushed over. What are you doing here? Edward, where is Carlisle? What is going on? Where is Bella and Nessie? Crystal turned around but was speechless at Esme's worry.

Crystal was speechless by Esme's worry because she didn't know why she even cared about her. Last time she had seen her family things didn't really go well because she had ended up leaving to be with Will. The only reason why she had left with Will was because no one in her family really liked Will and she knew that they never would. "I know that leaving with Will years ago didn't make you very happy but you made me choose either all of you or him. I knew that if I couldn't be with Will then I would rather be ripped to shreds."

Edward instantly calmed down when his mother entered the room. He spoke the answer to her silent questions. "Dad is at the hospital and Bella and Nessie are at the cottage. What is going on is that she has decided to come back." Edward said slanting his head at Crystal. Edward felt Rose's hand on his shoulder and knew she was concerned about him.

"You are probably going to say I told you so when I explain this to you but I left Will---I'm not with him anymore" Crystal said in a certain tone of voice that caught everyones attention. "I just couldn't do it anymore and Edward, Rosalie---you were right, I don't know how you were but you were right about Will." Crystal hated that she had to leave Will but being away from her family---the ones that truly loved her, was just too painful and it didn't help that they were all right about him. See all of them thought that unlike all of them in the beginning of their relationship she assumed that he was just a veggie vamp just like her but later she found out she was wrong.
