Jordan had somewhat been on hiatus the past few months, she had been busy doing variously things with Wesley but at the same time for a good few weeks she had not seen him. Jordan had recently gotten a job as a bartender at a bar in Port Angeles and actually was very good at it. She enjoyed hearing all the various stories from the people around the area and it was also a good way to stay up to date on some of the deaths that had been occurring. The Children of the moon were still running amuck and it had gotten the people of forks in a quiet a stir. Jordan had not heard anything from her pack members but she assumed Jacob and the rest of them were communicating with The Cullen’s. Just then she picked up a scent that was very familiar and strong. She looked up from making a cocktail and set to on the bar for a costumer to enjoy. “Out of all the places you would think they would not hang around here for a drink.” She said to herself as she turned to clean out a few more glasses. “Can I help you?” she said in a soft voice “Bloody Mary maybe?” a grin spread across her face and laughter flickered in her eyes. “How kind of you to offer; but I think I will pass.”Ashlan said with a grin, his golden eyes lit up as soon as he sat down at the bar.
“ shouldn’t you be hanging around a hospital or something?” Jordan asked leaning in closer. Ashlan bit his lip and turned to the woman that was sitting next to him. “I’m a Doctor.” He lied. Ashlan looked back at Jordan. “ For you information, I have come back to help out on a few-.” Ashlan paused and then turned to the women beside him who was ease dropping. “ I been on Vacation in Ireland and now I’m here to help out with the overflow of patients.” He said looking back sternly at Jordan who looked like she was going to fall over in a fit of laughter.
“Are you sure you don’t want to bloody Mary?” Jordan asked again, her voice ringing with delight. “No thank you.” Ashlan said trying to keep his cool. The women who was obviously bored of the exchange of words between Jordan and Ashlan picked up her drink and went wondering off to a table where a few men had been looking her over. “ Why are you here?” Jordan hissed. “I’m not in the mood to play explain what been going on over the past month.” She added. Ashlan held up his hand. “I know what’s going on, you don’t need to explain it to me. I just want to know how many.” Jordan rolled her eyes. “ How am I supposed to know this? I don’t hear anything from anyone lately. It seems you have not been the only one on hiatus.” “So you know nothing?” he asked in a discouraged tone. “Gee, Thanks you have been a lot of help.” He grunted. “ Why are you here anyway? and how did you know I work here?” Ashlan got up from the bar and looked at Jordan with a smile. “ Believe me your going to have to put on a hell of a lot more perfume to cover up that smell doll face.” Jordan could have phased right then and there to teach that vampire a lesson but she had enough sense to not blow her cover at the bar, even if she and him were currently the only sober ones.
