"Yes ma'am." He said, standing at a salute. She laughed and pushed his hand back down to his side. "No need for a salute, soldier." She said, smiling still. She had been out here with him for a while, so she was almost used to his dorky sense of humor. As they walked out of the store, she smiled as he suggested Italian. That was good because she liked Italian. "That sounds great." She said, smiling. She remembered having gone there to eat once. Another time were she had just needed to get out of the house. But, she was happy that this time she met William and at least had someone to talk to and have some fun with.
(OOC: Sorry its so short. I have like zero muse)

William flashed a grin when Vanessa pushed his hand down from his salute to her, saying he had no reason to salute. He fought to keep a straight face as he said, “Yes m’am, no saluting m’am.” William was unsuccessful however and a small laugh escaped. Vanessa then agreed to his idea of Italian as they left the store, something he was glad about; it had been awhile since he had some good food. As he had been stuck with his own home cooking, since many places in Forks closed too early in his opinion.
Some of the people he had run into in Forks had suggested this restaurant as a good place to get food in Port Angeles. “So what do Princess like yourself like to do when escaping the evil step mother?” William asked with a joking tone as they continued to walk.

“Yes m’am, no saluting m’am.” Vanessa rolled her eyes. Of course, if not the salute, then the m'ams. "Your a complete dork." She said, laughing at his attempt to keep a straight face. She smiled as a laugh escaped. "And apparently not good at keeping straight faces." She said, smiling and, once out of the store, taking a deep breath. Of course, it smelled like rain. It always did around Forks and honestly, Vanessa couldn't stand it. She just desperatley wanted some really nice sunshine and maybe even high temperatures. Of course, if that happened in Forks, it either meant 1)Global Warming Actually was happenging or 2) Someone was performing miracles. They had gotten a few feet away from the store before she heard William ask her something. “So what do Princess like yourself like to do when escaping the evil step mother?” She laughed a little. Princess....puh-lease. She thought. "Well, on the rare time that I escape, I hang out with friends or just try to go to the beach. Or on some special occasions, shop." She never really got much time away from the house, so it took a few minutes to think up the answer. In fact, some nights she even became a little rebellious and snuck out. But, that was only if she had somewhere in mind she wanted to go.
