After his talk with Bella, Jasper decided it would be a good idea to discuss a few things with Alice. It would be a smart things to pace themselves on this marriage considering they had jumped into things so fast that it had made both Bella and Rose doubtful on whether or not it was the smartest idea. The two of them had both had their fair share of heartbreak and realizing that a few feelings Jasper had not fully been dealt with Jasper knew only in time would those feelings come back to haunt him and he wanted to warn Alice ahead of time. Jasper always seemed to keep his composer; he had suffered a lot in his human life and early years as a vampire long before he met Alice but when things broke his heart due to lots of misunderstandings and doubts a part of him dead and hated Alice for what she put him through. Those feelings seemed to had vanished overnight when he looked into her eyes and met up with her before proposing but he knew those feelings would not be completely gone. The last thing he wanted to happen was to break Alice’s heart when he began to be haunted by the feelings he had not completely resolved. He did not want to spilt the family up again, they needed to be focused for other threats such as the child of the moon that has recently come to forks. Jasper knew very well that these creatures were smart and would try to use weakness to break the family's bonds. Jasper's unresloved feelings were something he wanted to deal with before anyone found out it could be used as a distraction.
Jasper entered the room and he allowed himself to breath in his wife’s scent. Immediately he made sure that she was calm and collected. He was thankful he had an advantage to control emotions seeing that it might be hard to explain things to her after things had been so wonderful. You were even imperfect as a vampire because you still had the same reactions as your human life, only you lived off blood and seemed to be a little wiser as you watched the years pass by you. “Alice?” Jasper’s eyes scanned the room for her, she was close. “ I have something I want to talk to you about.” Jasper listened as his shoes tapped against the wood floor, and closed his eyes as he felt her presence. He loved her more than anything in the world right now, he could not be mad at her, not in this moment; but he knew once the feelings he had pushed down began to resurface he might break her heart if he was not careful on letting her know he was still healing.

It had been an interesting couple days since Alice returned a married woman, but she was happy to have come back as such. Her heart had always belonged to Jasper, regardless of what they had gone through separately and together. Even when she was the most angry at him, she had still loved him all along. He was the one person her heart could not survive without, even if it technically didn't beat at all. She knew that Bella wasn't happy with their rash decision to get married again...she didn't need to be a mind reader or emotional controller to know her sister. They hadn't really been able to talk since then either, but Alice knew that a time would present itself in the future when they decided for it to. For now, she knew that everyone was just getting used to the idea that she and Jasper were back together again. Alice thought of that as she walked through the mansion, looking for a necklace she had thought she left in the library but didn't. She retraced her steps through the mansion until she caught her husband's scent heavy and nearby. She knew he was in their bedroom. And her vision told her that he wanted to talk about some unresolved issues. He had decided that now was the time to do so.
Alice knew that this day would have come, regardless of if it was now or ten years from now. She had known this would be a conversation that they would have to have eventually. Jasper still had unresolved issues and feelings he had not faced, mostly having to do with her. Alice had feelings of her own, but she had made peace with those a long time ago. Her anger over him cheating had been redirected at the proper culprits since Jasper had never cheated in the first place. The only anger she could ever hold over Jasper was the fact that he had not trusted her judgement about Crystal in the first place, but she would never do that. That was something Alice had put away a long time ago. She loved Jasper with all of her heart and would open it to him and take whatever he had to say with humility and the love of a wife who knew the pain she'd caused her husband. When she heard his voice, Alice immediately went upstairs to their bedroom. "I'm right here," she said, reaching up on her tip-toes to kiss his cheek. "And I'm ready to listen to whatever you have to say." Alice knew that she would listen and be patient with him. She loved him.

Jasper smiled as Alice kissed him on the cheek. Jasper was glad Alice should such love towards him, even when she knew he would be talking about difficult things. He did not even have to mess with her emotions that much because already she seemed to be very calm and collective around him. He wrapped his arms around her waist and looked into her eyes. “I really hate to bring something like this up when all I want to do is tell you how much I love you.” he said before turning his head to the side and kissing her. If Jasper had an heart beat it would have been beating a mile per minute as he held her in his arms. They were one in the same person, and knowing he almost lost her brought him a sharp pain. Her scent was once a lot further than it was at that moment. Pulling back he smiled again and took her by the hands. “I know that we have been through a great deal together. I also know that although I may not feel what I did for you before we made up, those feeling will come back every now and then. I’m going to be honest I hated you deeply for not believing me and turning around and getting engaged to another man. I wanted nothing to do with you or any memories of you. It was hard enough trying to stick around the family knowing I would smell your scent every once in a while.” He said as his eyes began to get a little serious.
“Bella is a little worried that we might have jumped into this marriage a little too quickly without both facing the feeling that we had been experiencing long before we got remarried. We may not be human any more, but I know like anyone else that those things stay with you and it takes time for the scars to heal. Please keep in mind that I may experience anger towards what you did, but know I still love you. I just don’t want my process of healing to hurt you or break up the family even more.” Jaspers eyes soften a little as he looked at Alice and gave a sigh breathing in her scent. “I know the threat to forks has died down for a while but the last thing I want happening is for anything coming between the family. You all mean so much to Me.” he smiled. “We all need to be together with pack when the children of the moon strike again. We need to be emotionally ready to protect our loved ones.” Jasper knew he would give everything for Alice but he knew he would give just as much for any one of his family.

Alice knew that she would always have an open heart to her other half and to anything he needed to say to her. She was an open book to him and always would be. Her emotions were always on display for him to see, not just because of his gift, but because she felt the need to be honest with him. She had tried to hide her feelings once before, when she had been hurt by the fact that he had believed Crystal over her, which only served to backfire for both of them as it built the resentment that cracked their marriage. Listening to Jasper, she knew that there were still feelings of resentment on his part for her engagement to Evan, which she knew were meretted because of his innocence to begin with. Alice had known all along that her heart would have never fully belonged to Evan because she had given it to Jasper so long ago, but she had craved the human need to be loved. She knew that it didn't excuse her actions, but it explained them more fully.
When he said that Bella thought they had jumped into the marriage too quickly again, she had known that already. She knew her best friend and sister well enough to know that she wasn't entirely pleased about the marriage happening, but she could deal with that. Listening as he said that he still angry at what she had done, she nodded in understanding. But that didn't dissolve the feelings of love she felt for him. Taking his hand, she placed it above where her heart would have been beating. "This has always been yours. From the moment I woke to this existence, it has always belonged to you. And it broke my heart every single day that I wasn't with you, even when I thought that you had..." she trailed off, not feeling the need to bring up the unmentionable things. "But it broke my heart more when we found out it wasn't true because I had hurt you for no reason. And I understand that you might still get angry at what I did...you have every right to. But I'm not going to ever leave you again. I love you Jasper and I'm in this forever. I will be here, patiently waiting when you feel angry at me. I'm not going anywhere ever again." Alice reached up with one hand and caressed his face lovingly. She wanted nothing more than to be with him now and until the end of time. "You're stuck with this little annoying monster forever because I love you."

Jasper smiled as his wife seemed to understand. That was all he seemed to want at this time, the more she understood his unresolved feelings the better. well that's good ma'am because I think just as much as I thought I could live without my annoying little monster I discovered quickly that I really can't he said as his southern charm and twang began to resurface. Taking her lip hand in his own he brought it up to his lips and kissed it. His eyes grew soft as he gazed into his wife's. No matter what may come between them in the night few years due to unresolved feelings did not seem strong enough to ever separate them. in time I think our family will ease up without my help. he said with a soft chuckle.
Bella and Rose were probably not going to warm up to the idea of the remarriage for a while but that was expected. Jasper understood both stand points and knew that what needed to be said was said for now though he just needed to put his coping skills into action. Leaning in he kissed Alice and smiled his eye filled with a love he had not been able to express for sometime. Jasper was thankful that things seemed ok the only threat that now stood in the way was the children of the moon and from the silence from the woods Jasper hardly thought they were in any immediate danger.

Alice knew that she would always understand when it came to Jasper. After everything that they had come through over the past year and a half or more taught her that everything wasn't always what it seemed. If patience and understanding was what Jasper needed to recover from the hell he'd gone through and what she had put him through emotionally, then she was going to give that to him because she loved him. When he replied, allowing his Southern accent to flair up before he kissed her hand, she giggled like a little child. This was the Jasper she had fallen in love with so easily all those years ago when he walked in that diner in all his Southern charm and flair. "And I don't know what I would do without my wonderful Southern gentleman," she said, smiling and gazing into his eyes. Looking into the future for their family, she saw that they all would eventually accept the remarriage with open arms, even Rosalie. "You're right," she said softly. "They will all be fine in the end."
As Jasper leaned forward and kissed her, Alice stood on her tip toes and placed her hands on either side of his face lovingly. The feel of his skin beneath her fingertips reminded her how lucky she was to have him back in her life. He once was not there for her to hold or be held by and she knew how dark those times had been. Never again would she allow anything to come between them, especially something as petty as a human who pretended to take her husband from her. That would never happen again. Alice would sooner find a way to make the human disappear than lose her husband again. "You are exactly the kind of man I always wanted to marry," she said, having a random flash from her human life. She hadn't ever had one of those before since so much of her human life was a mystery to her, but this was a distinct memory of herself as a child. She was playing with another little girl, whom she assumed was her sister, and she was talking about marrying a handsome cowboy.

Jasper accepted Alice's kisses openly. Things felt in sync with her back in his life. His accent seemed to flair up even more as he remembered there first few Years together. you make me very happy. I'll go hide in a cave if I have too when I'm upset. I never want to break that heart of yours but I can't make that promise. As long as your understanding of my unresolved feelings than I think we are good. at that moment Jasper could not feel any hate for her but he knew it would come like a thief in the night trying to rob his happiness. Jaspers emotions were strong and it would only make things worse for Alice if his untamed emotions soon affected her when they eventually hit him.
Jasper wrapped his arms tightly around her waist as he kissed her again. no immediate danger in the furture? he asked with a smile. it's much better for me to be for you and not against you if any stray dogs attack he said kissing her. if I happen to lose my head please screw it back on for me ok? he said kissing her again. It helped to be married to someone with such insight to the future . It was always good to know whether or not alone time would be interrupted.

For the first time in a long time, Alice felt at peace with the world. At least in the sense that things were right where they belonged. She belonged in Jasper's arms and he belonged in her heart, right where he'd always been. When Jasper said he would go hide in a cave if his feelings of anger rose, but Alice didn't want him to banish himself like that, not when she loved him so much and cared about him. "You don't have to hide yourself away when you're mad," she said softly. "I understand and accept your anger if and when it rises because I love you. I'll be there for you in any way you need me to be." Alice knew that she could read him like a book in the way Edward could read everyone else's mind and she knew Jasper was the same way for her with his mood control. He knew her better than anyone, including her favorite brother. But that was part of being married for so long to someone you were completely in love with.
As Jasper held her close and kissed her again, she smiled. "There isn't any danger that I see in the next couple of days," she replied. Her gift was a wonderful thing to have so that they could prepare for any danger to the family, but it was also useful to have when she and Jasper wanted alone time. If anyone was going to interrupt, she would know and have time to prepare so they weren't caught. As he kissed her again and again, mentioning that it was better that he was with her instead of against her if anything attacked, she agreed. "I promise if you lose your head again, I'll be the first to find it for you and give it back," she said, smiling. "But your heart...I'm keeping that one because you have mine."

Jasper was glad nothing would be interrupting them for a while because at that Jasper knew that he needed this time a lone with Alice. Pulling her close to his body he breathed in her scent before allowing his lips to explore her neck. Everything about her set his soul ablaze and allowed him to breath a little softer. She seemed to calm the tenses muscles in his body. As his wife she has an impressive and amazing power to tame even the wildest flames in his heart. His hands smoothly ran across her skin. He had grown to know Alice over the years and knew exactly how to drive her wild despite the slight distance that once separated them.
Alice was his one and only. When he thought he knew love with Maria he discovered how utterly wrong he was when he grew and learned. Loving Alice was so simple that he wondered how he could have even mistaken Maria's as the real thing. He knew how true her feelings were towards him, he felt it everyday coming from her. He knew that time would resurface things but Alice seemed to be so understanding that he was not too worried about anything happening.

Being with Jasper reminded Alice so much of why she had fallen in love with him in the first place. His charm and easy-going nature was so adorable that no one could really resist, especially not the woman who had loved him over a hundred years. Even though it would be a while for them to fully recover from the horrible divorce that had almost torn them apart completely, she had faith that they would be fine in the future. In fact, her visions told her so. As his lips touched the skin of her neck, she grinned and couldn't help the butterfly feeling she had gotten from just one simple touch. Jasper had always had this effect on her, even if people didn't see that in public. Their relationship had always been private, sans the very few moments they publically showed affection toward one another.
As his hands ran across her skin, she inched herself closer to him. In the hundred years since their first marriage, Alice had grown to love being close to him. Even if she was tiny, she sure as hell could make up for the fact that Jasper towered over her. Reaching up on her tip toes, she found her favorite spot to kiss Jasper, right behind his ear on the left side. "You know...there isn't anyone else in the world that I love more than I love you," she whispered. "From the moment I woke up to this life until the day I depart, I'm yours. You are my best friend, husband, and lover." Her words were sincere in the most loving manner as she held him close. Jasper was the one person in the world she could not lose, not ever again. She loved him too much.

Jasper smiled as Alice kissed him. " You know me more than i think i know myself." he said with a laugh as he pulled her closer to him. "Things seem so much better when you are around, i know that we will have to face a few stinky werewolves in the future but right now my mind is completely focused on you. I'm sure Edward would not disagree with that statement right there." he kissed he neck and allowed himself to pour out all his emotions of happiness and love on her. That seemed to be a huge advantage of being an empath, he could not only feel he love towards hims but allow her to feel his love towards her. This was something that had been completely absent from the times he had thought he loved Maria. He knew from this day out he would know what love really was, ever since he saw Alice's smiling face in the cafe so long ago he knew.
Stepping back for a brief moment he took his shirt off, revealing his reminders of what life had been before the cullens. He smiled a little embarrass, reminded of a much darker time in his life. He knew that Alice loved him regardless and this brought so much comfort to him. " I would endure five hundred more battle scars for you my love." he said taking her hand and kissing her. "You are my world, and you always will be. I am honored to be a damned soul with you." he said jokingly with a smile.
