Jasper felt amount of success as Rosalie did not protest when he tried to pull her up from the bed. He knew it was hard for Rosalie to get up from bed much less leave the house, but he knew that it had to happen. Jasper was not sure what he would have done if Rosalie had refused and given into her old temper. He knew that he could have controlled some of that potential problem with his powers, but at the same time Jasper knew that Emmett was the only one that could truly calm the old Rose. Rosalie’s thanks broke through his musing and he nodded with a faint smile. With his own experience in Florida and being without his family meant that Jasper could sympathize with Rosalie’s current emotions. They began walking through the forest and Rosalie slipped her arm through Jasper’s.
"We are a messed up pair aren't we, Jasper." Jasper snorted and nodded his head reflectively. “Yeah we really have found our place haven’t we?” He snorted sarcastically and shook his head as he thought about all that he and Rosalie had both gone through. Rosalie then spoke about how she had missed the days of high school and how close everyone had been. Jasper smiled as he remembered the years long before the Cullen family had to repair itself. He remembered the time when Bella had first come into their lives and even the years of high school before then.
“What if we decided to go back to high school? We could register late this year, or just wait until next year, or the second semester.” Jasper knew that it would be difficult to go back to school especially without Alice. He also knew that he was grasping for something in his life that would have more structure and give him a piece of his old life back.

Rosalie walked beside her brother and listened to him talk. When he mentioned returning to school, she knew that he was on the right track. "I think that is a great idea, Jasper." She said showing the first signs of enthusiasm in a long time. "We should talk to the others about it as well. We should all return to school." Rosalie said. She was already thinking about it. It would be like old times again. Having lunch together at the Cullen table in the cafeteria. "I really think that we should do it. We have been gone from the school long enough that we can start over there." Rosalie said. She was already planning the return and the outfits and everything.
Rosalie was instantly in a better mood thinking about returning to school with her siblings. She knew that it would bring the family back together again. Rosalie also knew that they were avoiding talking about Jasper and Alice. Rose did not want to pry, but she knew that she needed to be there for her twin, just as he was there for her. "Jazz, you know that I don't want to pry, so I will not ask, but know that I am here when you are ready to talk." Rosalie said as they walked. She laid her head against his shoulder in a loving way and just enjoyed being with her twin.

Jasper smiled when Rosalie’s excitement of school came through. He knew then with her excitement that they would be returning to school. Jasper knew at least he and Rosalie would be going to school and he then wondered whether or not Alice would come as well. Jasper did have a feeling that once Emmett returned he would go back to high school just to be near Rose again. He was in part looking forward to that return because Jasper was already feeling edgy because of Rose’s own concern. Jasper also did his best to see thing from Emmett’s view for leaving, because Jasper had done very much the same thing several months ago. Jasper smiled and nodded at Rosalie as she said that it would be just like old times. “I think it would be nice to go back to school.” Jasper knew that it would be nice to get some sort of schedule back, and he knew that school would show things back to some sense of normality.
There was also apart of Jasper that was hoping that things would go back to the way that they had been the last time he had gone to school. He wanted things to be normal again, but the realist inside shook his head and told him that things would never be that way again.

Rose was happy that Jasper wanted to go back to school. "I am sure that the others will want to go back with us too." Rose said as they continued to walk. "I think that we should go ahead and register as soon as possible." She said as she stopped and turned to look at the twin. She was happy that he was home and with her. "Thank you, Jasper. I am so glad that you are home. I missed our time together and our talks." Rosalie said in a serious tone. She wanted her twin to know how much she cared for him. She knew that most of the time she was the cold one in the family, but she did love her family. "I know that I don't say it often, but I do love you as my brother." Rosalie said to him as she hugged him. She knew that she would not have made it through Emmett's absence if it was not for him.

Jasper felt as slight smile when he felt Rosalie’s mood rise. She seemed to be genuinely happy to go back to school. He also thought it would be a good way for her mind to be on other things besides Emmett’s extended absence. "I think that we should go ahead and register as soon as possible." He knew that Rosalie was excited to go and he nodded his agreement, “I’d imagine we have already missed a few days, not that they will say anything.” Jasper also imagined that Rosalie had a few outfits planned for herself. He then remembered the night that Forks had its birthday party and how Rosalie had jokingly forced him to go and get ready. Jasper wondered if it would be the same for the first day of classes after returning to Forks High.
Rosalie then pulled Jasper to a stop a few seconds later, "Thank you, Jasper. I am so glad that you are home. I missed our time together and our talks." Jasper smiled slightly and nodded in agreement at his twin, “I have too Rosalie. Despite everything that has happened, I am glad to be home.” Rosalie then hugged him as she said that she did love him as her brother. Jasper smiled to himself and returned her hug, “I love you too Rose.”
