Background/History: Dakota was born to his parents, Wade and Jenny Reynolds on November 5, 2022. Months later, in Febuary, his best friend Emery followed him into the world. Their mothers had been best friends since they were kids, so naturally Emery and Dakota would grow up together in Portland, Oregon. Dakota, fondly known as Cody, always was the pride and joy of his parents' lives as he participated in every sport he could from soccer to running track. He also always was an upstanding student, making all A's.
When he was about fourteen, Emery's parents, Nick and Amber Gardner, died in a terrible accident while skiing, causing his best friend to come live with him and his family, as his parents were her godparents. And after taking Emery in, they decided to offer to adopt her. Now, two years after the accident, they are making a fresh start in Forks...with Cody and Emery enrolling at Forks High.
Personality: Cody is outgoing and fun. He loves to be loud and make everyone feel comfortable around him, so there isn't any awkwardness. On the same token, he is very protective and guarding of Emery because she is like his sister. He would do anything for a friend and never hesitates to help.
